Hello Carol! Sorry for my late response. I was there between mid. June to the first week of July, and it was already extremely hot. We stayed in the shadow the entire middays and spent mostly on the beaches so there was almost every day some breeze. The sea was still pretty chill back then, and was a good option for refreshing. But I am so glad that you´re already in Crete and enjoying :) Wish you a wonderful holiday! :)

Hi, Its variety of ranges from 7€ to 20€ for a set. Some places offer a free drink inc. of that price. Reservation possibilities are there. So far, "Asado" was our favorite, in Kini. I hope this helped.
