1.Does anyone ever have a provision with a trust, where the kid can't get any money, or they stop getting money if they're a drug addict or a criminal? I think there are some people who absolutely deserve to be able to have a life where they never have to work, because they'll do something wonderful to help society like becoming a doctor and helping a ton of people or something. Or they'll be a prolific artist or musician. But other people are just a sack of you know what, who need to work at a job to support themselves financially, in order to stay in line and function. No one knows for sure, which type they've given birth to, at least until the person is a teenager. Do any rich people ever realize this and take a wait and see approach, when deciding if their kid will get an inheritance? Do they ever give an inheritance to one kid and not another, for this reason? 2. On the point about how the court only has two options of who to send the kids to - I wish there was some kind of boarding schools for kids in this situation - somewhere that's a neutral environment, where the kid could live there and safely maintain a relationship with both parents because they'd come to visit and the school staff would know the real situation because they see the interactions with both parents. I wish that could somehow be an option for everyone, but it certainly is an option for rich families who can afford it. Is there anything the legal system could do to get a kid placed in a boarding school, instead of with their parents, or into foster care?

This discussion tried to avoid mentioning the Sexual Abuse ( Lyle age 6-8 and Erik age 6-18) and focuses too much on money and the Will. The panel is trying to make out that the murder was about money but children who have been extremely dominated, suppressed and abused will naturally go to extremes such as in spending of money. I think it is natural for children who have been abused to not have any appearance of mourning at the funeral unless they are good actors. This panel is not very up-to-date on some of the facts about the case because the focus is too much on the money. The panel is insinuating that the Brothers were just undisciplined and spoiled which was not the case as they were disciplined to the extreme. A Trust would not have changed anything as the abuse situation still existed and which would have been accepted in the Trial if society in the 90's had acknowledge that men can be raped I read that the family together with the Executor (brother-in-law) made an agreement to use the funds from the estate to cover the legal fees for the brothers. The Brothers are not in separate prisons; they are both at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility for the past seven years.

Tucker Allen, stop defaming me. I stole nothing, and a one-sided default judgment is not a legitimate win. I did not embezzle $5 million or sell his intellectual property (IP). I didn’t avoid anything, and I never harassed him. My emails to the IRS, FBI, and DOJ were sent to document his tax fraud and the tactics used against me, including a stalking and harassment operation, which formed the basis of those communications to federal authorities. This is not harassment. No, I wasn’t charged with embezzlement, and that’s an important point-because it never happened. The IRS Criminal Division opened an investigation into Cohen and the estate, something you conveniently failed to mention. Cohen himself testified that he closely monitored his finances, so you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. I didn’t handle his finances or taxes. His carefully crafted statements about touring were for a press release. He had plans to tour when I managed him, and he had large global audiences. The money wasn’t in savings. It’s tied to a corporation in which I hold an ownership interest, and Cohen stole nearly $7 million from that entity, concealing the "misappropriation." It’s a Kentucky LLC, and the State of Kentucky Revenue Cabinet told me, “Anyone who does anything in your name regarding this entity belongs in prison,” so we’ll see how that plays out. You’ve willfully ignored my legal documents and other key matters. It’s clear you’re using my situation to raise business for your law firm’s fame through a UA-cam video. Cease and desist. Kelley Lynch

I'm not sure he was totally estranged from all of his sons. .. two or three of them were invited to the funeral despite being disinherited (from what I've heard). He also specifically excluded all his grandchildren as well. Finally you glossed over 1st wife Patti Lewis who was from all accounts a lovely wife and devoted mother who lived to 99 years of age, dying in January 2021.

You have got it all wrong .Priscilla did Not Save Graceland. The Lawyers for the minor Lisa Marie and the banks decided to open Graceland. Priscilla stole from Lisa's Estate for years and Priscilla sold Lisa's Estate off to EPE 85% . The manager Seigel and Priscilla pocketed millions without Lisa's knowledge and Priscilla was pocketing nearly 1 million a year without Lisa's knowledge ,so Priscilla squandered Lisa's Estate. DO your Research before you Slander Lisa's name .You people have got it WRONG !!!
