The minigun may be more deadly but the fact that it launched him out of the window whereas Irving didn’t even flinch at the explosion leads me to believe that he would win. He had shown that he was skilled and how seriously he took combat compared to the newer one. He’d have easily killed Hughie, Butcher and MM with ease if Stan didn’t intervene whereas new Noir was getting roughed up by Butcher alone. I think Irving would be strong enough to do good damage to New Noir if he fell asleep since he was strong enough to make Soldier Boy bleed. Overall I think the narcolepsy is too much of a hindrance for new noir to be able to win, but maybe we’ll see some feats from him in Season 5 that completely proves me wrong. Maybe the flight alone would be too big of a problem for Irving to deal with but he could survive until new noir dozes off.

Also Kimiko in their fight cut him open being he ain't durability enough if Kimiko of all supes can hurt him.
