Thank you for these exercises, great to have some that connect different parts of the body and have some flow. When I do the BJJ Hip Flow my hips are very tight on the inside (groin). Do you recommend any additional stretches I can target at that tightness?

How many sets of these do you recommend?
Thanks. Have been implementing some of these moves and my pop up has really quickened. Coming off a hip surgery and a heal surgery in a 12 month period and really needed this. Surfing better than pre surgery and when I was in my 30s and early 40s.
