Replaced both cutting knives on PR 1000 but still have wiper error. It doesn't cut at all

there's lots of causes for a wiper error other than needing to replace the knife.

I wouldn’t have my machine serviced anywhere else as I was mightily impressed and it runs so smoothly and so efficiently now. We got it changed out but now the little threader is going through the eye of the needle but then drops the thread instead of pulling it through the eye of the needle. Any advice on this? Thank you

Hi, I have watched your video which was brilliant. I have a week old PR1055x and the needle snapped, tried again on a different located needle and it happened again. Any suggestions would be appreciated…please :)
