I wouldn’t have my machine serviced anywhere else as I was mightily impressed and it runs so smoothly and so efficiently now. We got it changed out but now the little threader is going through the eye of the needle but then drops the thread instead of pulling it through the eye of the needle. Any advice on this? Thank you

Thank you for your videos. Is there any way to get training to service you own machine? I ask this because I took my 10 needle Babylock to get serviced by our local dealer and the tech admitted to messing it up bc she oiled it in places she wasn't supposed to. A week prior to that, she said a spring flew out and she couldn't find it so she had to order a new one. I'm praying that spring isn't floating around somewhere in my machine ready to grind against another part. The next nearest dealer is almost 3 hours away and how will I know if they know what they are doing?
