crack¡¡¡¡¡¡
Very nice 👌
Very nice 👌
fantastic
WoW......another musical channel...
Sorry about that, when you have all that technology at your fingertips it’s very hard to to use it,, “ I get it less is more” Thanks for your feedback. I promise the next video will be more tranquil. 👍🏻
Part we are waiting
Sorry the next part is taking so long, I’ve been busy on other projects but I will be starting again soon
Aargh, that music!!! Cease and desist.
Look forward to seeing future videos....I'm at the same stage on my S2A.
Thanks for watching, pleased you enjoyed it. Yes there’s more to come shortly. Keep tuned 👍🏻
Beautiful project and car. Any update project it's complete
I have got some new footage to add as soon as I get chance, I have been busy doing payed work over the pandemic and haven’t had time to continue. But the light is at the end of the tunnel, should be ready to go again in a few weeks and I promise it will be worth a watch, a few things have happened since the last video, Watch this space, Thanks for getting in touch, Jayme
@@thestableworkshop5076 thank you for your quick reply and interest. I hope project be done soon.
there's a whole series of vids here at normal speed...
Hi Steve, thanks for your feedback, I very much appreciate it and will try to include some regular speed footage and commentary on my next video.
Talking us all through would be more interesting at slow speed....as if we are all in on this project.
Great job! Anymore updates?
Good morning J Harrison, pleased you liked the story so far, I have actually got some footage ready to post, it’s pre lockdown work which needs a little tweaking before it’s set free, I’v had not choice but to mothball the project and crash on with what little payed work I can get at the moment. But this project is about to start again, WITH A TWIST, keep your eyes peeled. 👍🏻
Looks like a good project but the music killed it for me, sorry. Much prefer normal speed and a bit of chat, and/or voice over. No need to be shy, everyone is on your side and most are watching because they want to see how its done.
Hi Alan, sorry to hear you found the music off putting, I would really appreciate your feedback to what you would prefer, Must say the choice is quite limited, if you don’t want to pay copyright/ broadcasting fees, Thanks in advance Jayme..
Good work.. forget the paint! Hot dip galvanise that chassis
Your absolutely correct, it’s the only way to get longevity, my intention is to buy a new galvanised chassis when this one has had its day, hopefully this will give me a chance to save up some pennies, Thanks for watching, have a great new year, Jayme
Hi guys, feel free to watch our 1965 Land Rover Series 2A restoration project here ua-cam.com/video/BSym1e7lvnE/v-deo.html
Just watched your video and what a job, I think it’s the best Land Rover I’v seen, every detail is perfect. I’m subscribed and can’t wait for the next video, I’v got family out in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s a fabulous place to explore in the Land Rover, it would be great to see more of you country and animals and I think a video of you on safari would be a smash hit with every one. Keep up the good work, Jayme
@@thestableworkshop5076 Hi Jayme, we really appreciate it. We are blessed to have our friends working together for this restoration. We are at wiring stage now and perhaps 30% to complete. Will definitely share the next part :) Good to know you got family here in Kuala Lumpur. Let me know when you’re here in future. Will be great to catch up. Thanks again and stay safe.
That would be fantastic,
@@thestableworkshop5076 great ✨
Nice work!
Unfortunately not my full time job. I’m a carpenter by trade and work on the landy at weekends, Thanks for watching Tom,
@@thestableworkshop5076 After I watched the next video in the series I figured it out. Really nice methodical work on your part.
chassis looks fab!
Making great progress with it, I appreciate the grinder tips at start too!
Doing a lovely job there. I would like to ask you what is the name of the paint you have used on the chassis. It looks great but it’s all in the preparation I always say. !!
Thanks for asking I use buzz weld cio 👍🏻
Dust everywhere!!! Ha ha!! You’re doing a great job!! A worn out flapper disc is nice for delicate work with just a little cleaning is needed.
Great idea, I have loads of them, do you you think there’s a re sale value ? Cory I would like to thank you also for your videos. I’v watch them all and got some great tips from you especially working on the bulkhead, think mine has had work Done to it already but I’m not really happy with it (bit scruffy) so I may replace several parts, keep up the good work yourself and I look forward to seeing some of your own vehicles on your future videos, Jayme..
@@thestableworkshop5076 thank you for the positive words towards my challenging project. Thank you again for watching my videos. It’s been a fun project. I enjoy watching your videos as well. Cool seeing a different process and progress. Your welds are a lot nicer than mine!!
Chassis looks in good order. How's the bulkhead?
Hi Paul, like the rest of the truck it’s had work,so sound but a bit scruffy the last guy wasn’t such a great welder, and looks like he wasn’t that great with a grinder either, I wold like the bulkhead to look fresh and have a glossy spry Finnish, so more blood and sweat required I think, Thanks for watching Jayme..
Great work men...just found you and staying till its finished...a well build vehicle they where , and you will make it last longer..;-)
Thanks man, hopefully I will be using it for my daily runner, I work locally and no longer need the speed, Probably just as well 😆
That chassis has done well for its age if it's original. Just found you, I'll follow along.
It’s like Triggers brush, it’s had most the rear replaced, all the outriggers and dum-ions, the only parts that have survived are those that have been drenched in oil and diesel, 😂😂 But it will one day be great again, Thank for watching...
what's this fuel injected diesel engine..?
Hi Tom, I’m not really sure my self, I think it’s had a series three engine put in at some point because it’s red but I will give more details on the engine and gearbox when I start to disassemble it and clean it up, Keep watching 👀
As always with Land Rover work 13:54 to take it apart, 5 years to put it back together again. Good luck and have fun.
You sound like you have experienced a rebuild yourself??? Must say before I started it seemed to be relatively simple, but there’s a lot more parts to them than you think, Would like to think I can get it back together quicker than 5 years but I’m not going to rush it, this is a great opportunity to get it right and hopefully get some longevity when it’s done, Thanks for watching, Jayme....
Thanks for documenting your build!
No problem, hope you’re enjoying it Jayme...
Title "restore" Video takes everything off expert wheels and frame Lol but good job tho
I there this is a series that’s why this was part 1 hope the helps
@@thestableworkshop5076 oh it was a joke but thanks
Hi there this is Jayme, Im now going to try and respond in person to all feedback, this has not been the case so far as I’m not great with technology, in fact I’m stumped with anything more advanced than the landrover but I’m really enjoying this whole project and surprisingly being forced out of my comfort zone is opening my eyes to more opportunities and capabilities. Thank you so much for your support and feedback, it is very much appreciated an I look forward to your feedback in future video’s, Jayme..
From Sudan great memories with great Land Rover. I belive this legand has special smell and since childhood it's still in my nose. Waiting for the rest of the good work! big love to you and to Land Rover !
Thanks very much, you are right about the smell, I used to have a series three when I was a teenager but traded it for something more sporty as teenagers do. I regretted it ever since and when I went to buy this one and climbed in for the first time, it was that smell that sold it, Have you any pictures of your Landy ? If so please post them, I’d love to see them, Thanks for watching Jayme...
good stuff man. i'm doing a 2a 109 at moment. like you not a full nut and bolt rebuild, more a refresh!! I'm jealous of your barn though! I'm stuck outside trying to do mine, which as you could imagine is a bit of a nightmare at times!!!
Gordon, I wish you all the very best look with your project, I am unbelievably spoilt with regard space and quite often leave bits and pieces laying around knowing there safe and dry,, winters on its way now and you will have to be very motivated to work outside in inclement weather, it will be worthwhile when you finely get to drive it again. Keep pushing on every little bit gets you closer to completion, keep in touch and post some pics, Ask me any questions if you need help
@@thestableworkshop5076 yea, it's defo getting harder to do anything now the weather has changed. no hurry though, I always new it would be a slow burning project.
