And they also said that hyerim ssaem was in sm too esp worked with suju? Were all this true? I remembered their training process were same to sm, jogging while singing and hitting the stomach while trying to reach high notes

Well for the message thing, there was a lot of other groups from different company too not just them. Moreover some artist you group with sm has already left the company.
