It was my first time to Brussels, and I maximized my night in the dazzling capital of Belgium to the fullest! The city is known for its gastronomic delights, and the local cuisine definitely didn't disappoint. Even though I only spent a night in the city, I enjoyed my time thoroughly and I can't wait to be back!

I wish you were still there. I’ll be there next month. I think I want to move to Bilbao (have been before and love it) just not sure o can afford it. So will check out Santander as a potential option.

@@ninobk196 I think it’s is doable if you don’t plan to live alone like I did! However if you want to live alone maybe you should plan for 1000/mo with teaching English classes on the side or working at an English academy for extra income. To my knowledge Bilbao is a bit more expensive than Santander!
@@blackimperialtravel Did you apply for English teaching jobs from the USA? did you have previous experience teaching English? I am just starting to look into that possibility now.
@@ninobk196 I applied to the NALCAP program while I was in the states to move to Spain but once you get there you’d be working for the Spanish government & no I didn’t have prior teaching experience

omg!! the first place I stayed at was SIX floors (SIN ASCENSOR) = no elevator!! 😂 I had a one bag only shopping limit or made sure to take my little roller cart.

half my family are from there! Been there more times I can count! you are correct that it lacks historical context compared to the others. The sites they do have there is a celtic village like site top of the hill, an ancient medieval prison open for tourists, a small natural history museum in Carejo if you walk further down the road and passed the train track on the road. But compared to others it lacks it that's for sure! Nice video

Thanks for sharing this video! I was visiting Santander last year and was trying to get tickets to see some matches but they diverted to another town because the stadium needed repairs. Glad to see it is up and running again

I was in Ireland for a week, but was in Dublin for a total of 5 days. It is a fairly expensive city, but I’ve experienced more expensive places in the Scandinavian region of Europe🤷🏾♀️
So sorry to hear that happened to you at an Púcán! I cant believe the tour guide recommended there. There's wayyyyy nicer pubs to be found in Galway with better staff. In Galway its known as kind of a dump, rude staff, fills up with hen/stag parties (bachelor/bachelorette parties in the US) and loud drunks, drunk younger people.

I book my walking tours on an app called GuruWalk! They’re typically free it’s just encouraged to tip the guide at the end of the tour which I always do!
I've never been to Oviedo or Asturias, but I LOVE the north of Spain. I'm shocked you found good Mexican food there, in my experience it's much more "miss" than hit, even in the bigger cities. Glad you did! Now I'm looking forward to visiting Oviedo!
I too love northern Spain! I definitely took a chance on the Mexican food but I’m so glad I did since it’s been a while since I’ve had some!
@@blackimperialtravel FYI, in Bilbao there's a great taquería (Surfin' Tacos) as well as the Clover House, which serves surprisingly good Mexican food. Also, Tiki Taco in Madrid is also excellent!
