the repeats seem to be mostly the pokemon that have trainers attached to them (rapidash, weezing, golem, raichu), which is ok for some variations on those decks, but i agree it seem like a bit too much

I folded last week cause I was pushing to get all 150 before the new packs. I still didnt get them all so I'm pissed I wasted my money. I think I'm missing like 20 to 25 pokemon. Mostly basics from electric, psychic, water and rock/fighting types. Also no charmeleon or flareon which I wanted the most.

Thanks this helped out a ton. I didn’t have quite all the same cards since a lot were ex you had. But I managed to complete these fairly quickly. Less than 5 tries for each. Some were first tries.

out of curiosity, how many pack points do you have after 80 days and have you spent any? would you be able to craft the 2 missing pika ex for future decks for example? 500 is a lot, too much IMO, what are the overall stats like how many packs opened etc etc, the breakdown on the trophies and stuff.

When trading comes out and if rare card trades are locked I think maybe the best way to do it without Completely screwing over people who want to trade their surplus to their friends is maybe have it be like a neighboring rarity thing. Like you can trade a one star rarity for a four diamond or two star rarity card, but you can’t trade a three star for a two diamond

Ah yes, Red Card. If opponent has 5+ cards in hand: Red Card. Guaranteed card advantage. If opponent plays a Stage 1, especially if they had to dig for it: Red Card. Guaranteed you got their Stage 2. In any other game, that card would be straight banned. I can only imagine playing a Wheel of Fate in Magic except it's one sided and nukes them down to 3 cards. Want to mind game or slow roll? Bad, they can Red Card. Want to save your bench slot for another Pokémon? Bad, they can red card. Want to hold onto Giovanni for damage later to get a kill? Bad they can Red Card. Want to save your evolution to cure a status condition? Bad, they can Red Card. Imagine if Gen 1 in 1998, instead of card filtering, tutors, recovery, color fixing, etc., the Trainer suite was instead just Red Card and Sabrina. Lmfao. Terrible.

I mostly dislike this event, but the longer it's gone on, the more achievable it seems. It's just so luck-based that it's annoying more so than fun. If you play enough games, you're bound to get it eventually. Just for the record, I got it day 1 with a Tentacruel/Starmie EX list. Only ran a single Misty because while I recognize that it's a good card, I didn't want to rely on coin flips in this challenge.
