Tha ks for the video! Oh man, seeing you do the test makes me realise how horribly color blind I am haha. I am very curious to the glasses. One of the many tests I have ever done told me I have 90% reduced red perception and a deviation of 20% in my green perception. I don't know if those are real numbers. But it makes sense if I think about how I experience those colors (sometimes I even have trouble reading red text on a black background, not to even mention a green background whaha). Red always seems to fall of the spectrum for me like your example with purple, while my green often feels different from what others say. I also regularly call things green which are actually gray (often a color picker on the computer for example then does show some green in it) I think I'll buy the colors one day, just out of curiosity. Lastly, I do a lot of design work, nobody knows I'm colour blind, I apply a lot of color theory to it which makes it work fine.

There's a reason they came up with the saying, "You're looking at the world through rose colored glasses."

Take a vision test from the people who tell you their glasses work and trust the results enough to vouch for the glasses. Either on the payroll or not too bright.

They worked for me, not 100%, but 100% I realized how many colours I got wrong before, and I can identify which colours are wrong now without the glasses. I test my colours against other peoples’ perception. First time I realize I saw red, orange and yellow leaves as green, I never truly saw early autumn leaves before Enchroma. First thing I noticed putting my glasses on, native people really are redskins 😂😂. I never saw red brick before, it was always brown and wasn’t able to point out a “red brick” building. I didn’t cry, but was surprised a couple times.

In Croatia, if you trespass on someone else's property, nobody cares. The worst thing that can happen to you is that the owner invites you for coffee and dried figs. And then he "chokes" you with a story in poor English. So be very careful.. The coffee is strong,, and the owner insists on putting everything he has on the table.. Old Croatian custom, hospitality!

I would avoid the online color vision test. The red color factor is delibrately miscalibrated. Always "red-green" color blindness. The best tests are in a liscenced color lab. Avoid Church.

Ishihara color blindness test is the most accurate there is online or you can get it from the bookstore . I am an avid electronic fan (enrolled in vocational school for Electronics decades ago but unable to even continue it due of finding out that i can't fully read the resistors or components color codes. I failed the color vision part of exam when i applied for a CA State Job for LE position bcoz of their strict protocol that they won't accept any applicants who have a color blindness(but i made it to the State somehow after i wrote a letter to then Governor Brown to consider me specially i'm a Veteran of Foreign War and now just enjoying my State Retirement and also resuming playing guitars and visual arts,and thanks to God for it even though i'm still a color blind he blessed me so much) .

I got a pair out of curiosity. When I do the tests it comes back as Normal but I wondered if the difficut ones could be seen more easily by other folk. The ones You couldn't see were just about apparent to me so I scored higher. I have used them outdoors on sunny days and I deemed them to ne my 'trippy' glasses because all the colours of flowers popped out at me. Taking the glasses off I could see the colours now (having seen them) but they all blended into a background collage again. They do bring out detail in that shades of all colours are more clearly deliniated and hench different repairs in brick walls, for example, over time are more readily noticable. I have tried them with other folk telling them that they were builder's glasses so as not to tip them off about colour expectation. No one yet has claimed to see any significant difference other than things being more vivid. The experiment continues :-) I have the blue tinted outdoor glasses.

Exactly what I expected. There’s this company that set up a test of color discrimination which colorblind people will fail. Then the same company sells you glasses that shift some colors in a way that makes you pass the test. Hooray! It works! Until you realize that the whole thing is basically a staged setup with an artificial result unlikely to help colorblind people in their daily life.

These glasses are a scam. Megalag has made a few videos on how they are a scam & you should make sure people aren't scammed by them. They don't do anything more than tint the world instead of actually fixing a problem that doesn't really affect you or I. Like when will you ever need to discern the slight differences in the shades of red. I failed the test but yet I know as a proper optician said I am unless I have repaired it. But like colour blindness is a minor problem that most people have I find its roughly as common as maybe Dyslexia.
