why is a vent under the kitchen sink?
where are the vents? I don't see them on the floor or the ceiling. I saw a vent on the toe stop of the kitchen cabinet near the floor and the master bathroom vanity had a vent on the side too. I have never seen this before
I’m looking at placing a unit like this directly behind my double wide modular home so I can live there indefinitely until all the work that needs to be done on it is finished (gonna take a while). I also considered buying a similar unit that was “used” by a business for the foreman to live onsite for a year or two (during a construction project). $40K is not too bad and looks like it would do. Only issue I have is; Can I hook into my existing septic system?

Nice home bathroom looks good but instead of a regular bathtub I would put Ina walk-in bathtub some people have bad back and feet so getting a walk in bathtub would be great
If you need one, a walk-in bathtub is a wonderful invention, but if you don't, there are major pain in the ass. If you want to have a bath you have to get in close the door and then fill the tub and you can't leave the tub until after you drain it.
