Very nice work.I used to fabricate a lot of Ortho appliances including expansion both removable and fixed.Fixed took more skill to fabricate but when the finished product looked like a piece of jewelry when finished was very satisfying.

Hi and thanks for your video , I have a question when you use RCS wires , what do you do to prevent the lower incisor protrusion? Is there a special wire to do both,( I mean a RCS by doing 20 degree torque in the lower incisor region?

My retainer wire is too low on my teeth, and the corner of the wire hits my lower premolars on both sides. I asked two orthodontists if this could be adjusted, and they both said that there’s nothing they can do about that. Yet, you did exactly what my retainer needs in 2 seconds…. I ended up just having a new one made.

Lingual should be free like buccal to move the first molar. And the distalitor ap. Should be connected to the bracket inferior anterior teeth to prevent the premolar going out of the arch.

Hi doctor I was wondering if you could help me out with the question that I have. My ortho told me that I would have braces between 18 and 24 months and after about 14 months I noticed that my second molars both at the top and at the bottom moved towards my tongue and I believe this was caused by the blue blockers that she put on those exact same teeth. My Ortho says it's okay that the alignment is not that bad because the grooves or notches within the tooth cavity are still lining up pretty closely. Have you ever heard of this? I am really concerned that in the future this could cause a problem since my teeth aren't perfectly aligned and I paid for my teeth to be straightened. Any response will be greatly appreciated

Does that retainers fix bent teeth? Or it only keeps the teeth in the same shape previously fixed by other braces?
