I was diagnosed with CUP November 2023 when a mass on my ovaries was found. I did have a complete hysterectomy at that time. My oncologist treated me for ovarian cancer even though the pathology reports suggested the upper GI. I’ve had so many tests done in order to locate the primary. I also have done the Natera test and found out last week my levels went up 0.6. I’m going to my oncologist appointment tomorrow. I am a little anxious and I just want the primary to be found so I can get the right treatment and see my kids grow up. Thank you for the video. It was very helpful.

This guy is an idiot! This so-called doctor does not describe the type of cancer that you might be going through and how the partial response might not be so good! Having a very aggressive cancer and having a partial response can be VERY GOOD news knowing that you can always get the rest of the lymph nodes and or primary tumors through surgery and/or radiation. Not describing the grey area is detrimental to his credit..... make sure to listen to your oncologist and or surgeon before you ever listen to this guy or someone online that only describes half of the details! Sincerely, Go to the University of Minnesota where Mayo Clinic is constantly getting their doctors from and provides is a ton of research!

I was diagnosed with stage 4 Carcinoid of small intestines, that had metastasized to my liver, and lymphatic system. One tumor is wrapped around my mesentery artery which cannot be removed. I recently started having more flushing, diarrhea, extreme abdominal pain especially after eating or during walking which doubles me over. I went for new CT Scan with the dye stuff. Results showed I have a couple of more tumors in liver, and in lymph nodes in the back left side. But they also detected a mass in my upper abdomen right below center of ribs. Said they couldn’t identify if it was the carcinoid or not. I guess I’m a little confused cause I would assume if they detected other tumors as carcinoid, why not this mass? Sending me for a PET Scan at end of June. And is it normal for carcinoid to metastasized to the pancreas? 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for the very informative video doctor. My father, 64y recently underwent a surgery to remove tumor in his colon. His stage is pT4bN0 (they call it 2c). But the tumor is also MSI-H. No BRAF mutation seen. We are yet to get the big panel genetic test. Meanwhile doctors here in India suggest that because the tumor infiltrated the colon wall to touch a loop in small intestine and PNI is seen, we should give adjuvant Chemo. They are suggesting a 3 month Calepox regime. As per your video, is chemo even right in his case? Can we not think of immunotherapy? Your response will be very helpful

i had a diagnose for a systemic ALCL - to me was given on the Period from april till september this year a classic chop 21 regimen. But somehoe i knew this treatment may be wrong but after 30 days of fasting i desided to go and get my chemo because it metastazized 2 times a week while fasting i finished my faast into the 2nd day of classical chop in october the terrible news came : i was given 4 months to live the day after i met an ex cancer patient who told me the place i should go to LUMC where professor take it into their hand and completely review your case so i went to my doctor and told him that i totallt have been treated wrong because i asked for brentuximab according to my study on it that works well on all lymphoma cancer types with the CD 30 marker.I was told i'm going to die.the docter too started to disagree and my appointment is on frijday 10 14:15 hrs this will be a 2 hrs drive but atleast i have a second opinion prophessor that knows much more then a standart specialist inside a uniiveristarian hospital for standart specialist who want to climb hight then their current jobs out of love for curing patients. In the spring and summer this year there was no easy cure for ALCL and even more uneasy for the negative subtype and in such a rapid time everything has changed expt the oncologist that treated me.can't wait to se my oncologist professor to see what he has to say

Horrible, this is the state of patient care. The doctor insists the treatment of cancer is a team effort but as the doctor knows patients routinely have treatments they later regret as “standards of care” are followed, many missed diagnosis by 100’s if not thousands of of specialists. I do believe the patient should also be held responsible and nutrition and physical health need to be the first non evasive treatment for all patients. Fasting, nutritional ketosis and non evasive procedures such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be demanded first as these therapies work to fully heal the body. This would go a long way to empowering the patient and give them some semblance of control of their fate rather than and industry run by drug companies and high paid hospital staff.
