I've been to Mad Hatter several times over the years and have never seen anything appealing sports card wise. There is an interesting case of graded coins near the register, though, if you like coins.

I actually sold one of those Dick Tracy wax packs for $3.49. I'm glad you know your Moody Blues and much other vintage rock. I would guess $75 for a 1953 Phillies photomontage is a fair price. I was going to ask about Cody; I'm glad you brought him. And the footage of the ducks is so pastoral and relaxing. Beep beep!

Do you ever see any Byers Choice dolls at the PA antique malls? They're mostly Christmas-themed carolers, my wife collects them. Since they're made in PA she wants to know if it's worth a trip. Thanks! (and yes that ball was facsimile autographed)

Another enjoyable video! I love the detailed narration you provide for each display case. You got some great deals on the vintage wax. $9 per pack for 1981 Topps is a terrific price! I think there were 2 other 1981 Topps packs in that same seller's second display case, too. There's also never been a Fernando Valenzuela RC graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA~maybe you can pull the first! The W on the sticker is from Woolworth's, a five and dime store that no longer exists but at which I bought many packs of cards as a kid. Thanks again for posting the video!

Great selection of packs, I would have gotten in trouble spending. Thanks for tacking on the Gaylord Perry auto ball., I've gotten several of him either in large lots or for $5 at flea markets (because people can't read cursive any more). $35 isn't terribly priced for a nice white ball in a case but still a bit high for a common auto.

Those prices for early 1990s packs seem pretty much in line for what younger buyers consider vintage these days -- except for 1991 Fleer, which is consistently rated as one of the worst flagship sets of all time. I'm in heaven with your tour of the 1980s packs! I agree that those prices were more than fair, especially for the two-pack arrangements. I would recommend 1984 Fleer, quite a desirable issue. I remember when Yogi used to advertise Yoohoo when I was a kid; the ads were funny. My brother and friends and I made up some rude spoof ads based on that, so seeing those packs made me laugh. That guy with the mystery packs must've loved you, with the amount you bought. I'm glad you mentioned Wawa. My goddaughter in Philly likes that store. Thanks for giving me a relaxing Wednesday. Total rip off. Resealed packs. The top sealed edge is lightly rounded and wrinkles galore. Also shorter edge because they cut it off to make the top edge even again. While the bottom sealed edge is flat and straight across without wrinkles. I've seen this a million times. The give away you never get any real hits. Just average medium BS. And even if u get an AUTO or relic, it will be a nobody or washout. In ever pack...no matter what brand. Worst part is getting a bomb rc of a new guy, only to find scratches or dinged corners. All your packed were already searched. Waste another 3 months on that bullshit if you want....but I wouldn't. U got scammed. At least you'll know how to spot future resealed packs... Peace!

Well, Pennsylvania isn't too far from Canada, so maybe that's where they got the Heinz truck. Maybe Cody can ride in that toy plane ha ha! Oh, man, I sold that Carlton card set back in the day for $15 - I guess I made out like a bandit. Beep beep!

Here's something humorous I've not posted before. The first time I watched one of your presentations, and you mentioned getting out of the car and letting Cody run around, I thought you were talking about a child. It didn't take long for it to dawn on me that I was wrong. Gelof = GEL off, you were almost spot on. I find your videos relaxing. Jairo= HIGH roh. The Tom Glavine is patterned after Topps Bazooka box cards. I believe 1959 was their first Bazooka baseball issue. Having taught some children of Hawaiian heritage, I believe your pronounced Tom's name right. Beep beep!

I like your comments that you use your own money for the boxes. Reminds me of seeing Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers back when corporate sponsorship for rock concerts was gaining steam. Petty mentioned that and said, "Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are sponsored by nobody." The audience thundered with applause. I've heard criticism of the Topps 2021 design with the nameplates. Whenever you see "qu" in a Spanish name, you can go ahead and pronounce it "k." Raimel Tapia = ray-MEL TAH-pee-uh. Beep beep!

The seller that has the nice display case always makes prices 3x their value and then gives like a 20 or 30 percent discount...Oldest trick in the book, but not sure anyone is falling for it. I used to stop in to Old Factory all the time, but stopped looking at this case all together due to the ridiculous prices. I get the impression this is more about the seller showing off their collection, than actually wanting to sell cards.

It really is nice to view such a display at one's leisure. The REDUCED price for Donruss 1991 rack is $3? I would've shuddered at the original price. I admit, as we've discussed, that for younger folks, material that's over 30 years old is vintage from their perspective. Plus they don't have to pay shipping. (I should've bought 1972 wax when they were $10 apiece.) I don't know much about Tonka, but they seem to have some collectible interest. I never heard of a dog show where the dog has to run after something. I hope the heat wasn't too much for Cody. Beep beep!

Those old packs for $2 apiece are reasonable in today's market. Ten years ago, I would've laughed at it being too high. The price for the 1978 Elvis set is reasonable. I think you were right about the autograph being John Rocker. The guy was an idiot. I think you should've bought the leaf pickup sign, nailed it to a post, and placed it in your yard. The whole neighborhood would probably have been panicking. Congratulations to Cody. Beep beep!
