i think the minecraft block staff is stronger and more reliable when channeling negative emotions like anger, fear, impatience etc. example 1: when purple takes the staff back from the king he destroys anything posing a threat to his friends at 9:05, but after that hes not in any immediate danger and has just made peace with his past, so there is no anger or fear left to channel and so he cant use the staff. but once the king gains the upper hand and tries to steal the staff back, purple is able to get one shot out of the staff at 10:05 by channeling his fear of the king winning the fight example 2: during the climax of the fight with herobrine, the king might have begun to be impatient or frustrated by how long the fight was taking, and thats why he was able to use a new ability at 11:51 to absorb herobrine and the others. example 3: at 13:50 the king is already impatient and angry, but this wasnt enough. the anger he was channeling wasnt enough. seeing that it wasnt enough might have been able to push him to a new level of frustration, which could have pushed him over the edge and forced an emotional outburst at 13:56

One thing I particularly love about this fight is that it doesn’t give into the repetitive clique/cliche where friendship or something stupid always wins in the end. Sure the stick man had friends and a lot of support but none of that means anything against a powerful enough foe who knows what he’s doing. It honestly felt so good to me to see King actually win even if he did change his mind about the things in the end.

oh my god herobrian is very strong

i feel like every stick character in the ABU (Allen Becker Universe (nice ring to it)) character and their special ability/utility are all very powerful, like TDL and TCO, but Orange King and the Icon Staff are probably the most OP combo. They are most likely top 5 most powerful. If TSC actually got his power here, he would have demolished everything and then its game over. But this is really awesome. Nice flashback touch. And Herobrian x Red was a fun throwback to watch. Overall really nice.
