Did you really need to add the background music? It's for information, not for entertainment. Prepared 200 µl of master mix (0:31) and added ~570 µl of master mix in two standards and a sample! Not clear what you did at 2:36

When vortexing, do you need to take care to not buff/scratch the plastic on the tubes to prevent any issues with the readings?
