Just found your channel and subscribed! I had never heard of this stitch before and was looking around at different tutorials and found you! Looks like you are a fairly new podcaster too, so I'm always happy to find new channels to subscribe to!😊 I'm 70 yrs old and learned to crochet when I was 11. Learned to knit about 15 yrs ago. I enjoy knitting, but crochet will always be my favorite as I've done it for so long! I've been making blankets for Christmas gifts the last couple of months which I hope will make a dent in my yarn stash! Glad I found your channel!

I learn to crochet and knit from a friend of my grandfather, never really picked up on knitting (first few rows are always rough😆😅🤣) but love crocheting and waited to expand my stitch learning and thought others might also. Hope you enjoy the channel 😀

Stacked on this...fir my ine pounders and Bernat Blanket yarns (larger skeins) i savw die 6 minths to organize this way, but so glad I invested the time and energy to do so. I find what I need at a glance.❤

@@kb_crochet61 mi e did too for awhile until I started tripping over the bag handles... so I went in fbmarketplace and bought a used, olde, cedar chest...my projects are still in bags but now safely tucked away from my feet🤣

White does get dirtier faster, so doin other colors of yarn. Yes black is hard to see, but is generic n classy. How much weight do the beads add to the swatch?
Can you wash them?
@@lizamaireh4573 someone said they wash theirs on gentle, but I'm probably going to hand wash mine in cold water.

Yes that yarn is pretty so is the stitch your making . I also got that granny square yarn n didn’t work out as it says so I looked through yt and found someone that just made a huge granny square n that’s exactly what I’m doing. Working on 3 wipes but taking a few days off from pain in thumb tfs

I usually make project bags with that type of yarn...or those round baskets for storing yarn. And crochet in- between the stitches.

I got the entire set of this crochet hooks but I find that they don’t work with every yarn and it’s frustrating yes!! Squeaky and they don’t flow nicely through the yarns 😡

@@kb_crochet61I would use Crunch Stitch or Puff if you have enough yarn and it appears you do. No matter what you do it will be Gorgeous and Soft! ❤️🥰🤟🏻
Excellent price point - you got a good deal, but they still made a little back. My Goodwill needs to take notes - their prices are practically retail. 😲
@Sakrysta thanks would have loved the whole lot (2 totes) but wasn't in my budget at the time. It is hit or miss with my favorite goodwill. Sometimes I can find it for .99, then other time they want $3.
To catch up on my wipes, I just work a little bit on them everyday so this way it does t get overwhelming for me love the yarns u use tfs
