Her interview was much more aggressive, and Tom was very visibly annoyed by her. It seems like AC was just doing the same thing here. He was asking Bowie about what his opinions were about war, and with Bowie being a very intelligent person and well-spoken, certainly expected a thoughtful answer from him. But Bowie was wise enough to stay away from it. He clearly knew that appeasing AC and his audience about anything political was going to follow him around, and chose to steer the conversation back to music. This was a trend in the 90s. Push the actor/singer into speaking about politics, knowing it was a hotbed topic and would get people talking. Doing so would give the show some level of importance. It's just that Bowie clearly wasn't interested in playing the game.

Credo che Celentano sia un' artista immenso, con una voce straordinaria. Ma si restringe alla sfera italiana, all'estero non ci comprendono, non comprendono la nostra ironia, il nostro modo di essere. Non a caso Ligabue dice che siamo il Sale della terra.

Il mio Professore di Diritto Costituzionale aveva ragione: LE INTERVISTE SI CONCORDANO PRIMA DI ACCENDERE LA TELECAMERA! Questa di fatto non è stata un'intervista, ma cinque minuti di canone sprecato. E le domande non avrebbe dovuto scriverle Celentano, ma un giornalista che scrive di musica, che possa chiedere a un genio simile, come si sia evoluta la sua musica. A 4.26 il Duca digrigna i denti, se avesse avuto qualcosa in mano gliel'avrebbe spaccata in testa. Non si indispone così un ospite: uno dei momenti più bassi della TV italiana. Anche se avesse voluto coinvolgerlo in temi sociali più profondi, Celentano avrebbe dovuto riservare solo una battuta, un minuto di conversazione su argomenti più politici. Sennò è normale che quello si incazza e ti manda a cagare...

Quando celebrano ha chiesto "credi che io inizierò una guerra?" Bowie ci ha pensato su un po' per non dirgli che ne stava iniziando una con lui con le sue domande idiote 😂

A me Celentano non fa impazzire come conduttore di programmi, però non è stupido, ipocrita, si. Di sicuro Bowie non conosceva Celentano ed è palese che sia stato improvvisato, senza che Bowie ne fosse a conoscenza, qiundi si sarà sentito spiazzato, Bowie è sempre stato concretamente attivista e non solo a chiacchiere, come Celentano. Quest'ultimo lo aveva invitato principalmente per questo. Però non è giusto offendere Celentano ( nei commenti) solo per le sue origini. Bowie era noto per il suo caratterino. Ho sempre adorato Bowie, ma nessuno è un dio. Anche gli artisti sono esseri umani, con pregi e difetti. Celentano cantante, è straordinario. Bowie è un altro livello ma entrambi persone umane. Team Celentano here. I love Bowie (as a human as well), but English stiffness got in the way here. With Italians, no matter how lofty your achievements, you're able to make/take an earthy/childish joke if need be, which (importantly) is never confrontational or malicious in tone. But Celentano didn't intend to make a joke, he was seriously invested in his questions, however simplistic the tone might have seemed. Bowie didn't get that, so instead he set into a fight or flight response, but was wrong to think foul of the host's intentions.

Cmq Celentano e' naturale, David è pieno di filtri proprio come quelli Instagram. Se fosse nato nei 90 sarebbe oggi sarebbe un influencer non un cantante ..mi ci gioco la carriera da cameriere ..ahah
