yea sadly we don't select our height or bone density overall, so don't worry about it. iv never met anyone much bigger hands than me or size overall like doing nothing, I'm not massive but I'm notice different and ppl tell me im wide shoulders all my life, , I always knew I was different growing up, as I blew the BMI , scale to massive overweight every time it got measured, since my teens possible from my thick bones and holding more muscles naturally. , and not fat I weight 77 to 80kg now. and I'm not fat. i never train anything since early 20s, im fairly normal with like 15 to 17% bf 167cm 39.5cm arms, 20 ish cm wrist, 23.x cm wide from thumb to little finger, 8.3 middle finger , 24/25 ish palm around , around 10 brush, 39 ish forearm L, 33/34 cm forearm around, if I remember correct they was once 38 when I was younger and did sports. and I never did manual labor for work , idk its all genes and we don't select. I did alot of sports at young like everyone els. maybe trained total with weight in my teens and 20s like 2 year combined over the years. my calfs are ex 44cm, neck around 45/46cm and I have around a 117cm chest around. cause when you have big wrist /calfs /neck that tells your big bones, and and how much muscle you body wants to hold naturally , the bigger and wider, the more you hold naturally, I guess some don't, everything is a spectrum, but its rather common scale . im also a 43.5cm shoe, size at 167cm so big wide feet also, its kind funny tbh.

You will not make it at high levels of the sport with small hands ( at this point it's just a hobby). Given you can have the same overall strength as the opponent, if the opponent has bigger hands than you, he will be able to apply more of his strength than you can, because he will have more surface to comfortably grab and you on the opposite side will be almost on your fingers tips with absolutely not being comfortable and not being able to apply not even close to 100% of your full strength. He will just shut you down because he will impose his style on you and you just have to get along with it and try to fight it on that lane. Anthropometry is one hell of a thing in some strength sports, it is what you call genetics, pretty much unfair but it is what it is. I love arm wrestling but i believe if you don't have some serious genetic traits, you shouldn't be investing b@lls to the walls on competitive side of the sport.
