This is absoulutley perfect. I cry every time yet I still love it. After watching it for about 100 times I realized that only Rose had given him that smile and made him laugh so much.
I've seen this video probably a hundred times now and it still makes me cry. That scene where Rose and the Doctor are dancing and then again when they're running toward each other, gets me every time! How does an OTP become canon but not become canon at the same time!?
