Do you like Jambalaya? I like a lot of American southern foods.
Jambalaya is one of my favorites!
This recipe is easy to make and yummy!
And even good for kids because it's not too spicy! :)
I made this with brown rice but you can make this with white rice too!

Rock city in Lookout mountain, GA(Osmo pocket)

Rock city is the other place where I visited my last trip to GA. There was a lot of paths, it feels like maze. We can look 7 states here. And there is awesome falls. I went to Chattanooga last weekend. And I visited this amazing place, Ruby falls! :) Ruby Falls is a 145 foot high underground waterfall located within Lookout Mountain, near Chattanooga, Tennessee. Have you tried seaweed soup? :) In Korea, it's a soup with rice every birthday morning. We can make this soup with beef, dried fish, shell fish, shells, etc. Today, I used dried pollack. I went to the 'Hanging rock state park' in NC last weekend. I always wanted to visit this park. But recently it has been raining for more than a week. Korean boiled pork, 'Su-yook' is really popular food in Korea. It cooked in boiling water so it is good for your health. :) I made a 'Su-yook' with the 'Instant pot'. I want to make healthy foods for my family. BUT sometimes, I wanna go easily. :) Especially, when I found some frozen foods with a good deal. This is my first time to make it. Do you like lime pies? I do! I like its tart and tangy flavor. :) I made an amazing lime pie with 'Instant Pot'. It is quite easy to make and even very yummy! :) If I have 'Key limes' I would use them, but I couldn't get it from a nearby store when I made this video. :( Anyway, I want to share this recipe with you. I know this is video is a couple years old so maybe you won't see this, but thanks for sharing! I like my rice chewy, too. I'm new to cooking rice, but my goal is to make it just like my favorite Korean restaurant where I live. It's the perfect amount of chewy and sticky. I've read that short grain would work well, but the medium grain you used looks really good, too. :)

빨간색 기계는 키친에이드 스탠드믹서인데 거품기툴을 이용했어요. 이걸 잘 씻어서 핸드믹서 대신 쓸 수도 있는데 저는 귀찮아서 핸드믹서로 썼어요. 틀은 18cm 정도 되네요.
