Wouldn't it be cool if I wrote my thoughts as a UA-cam comm- STOP THINKING. What if I forget what I thought abou- STOP THINKING. It's interesting I feel like you have low volume thoughts but then when you think about those thoughts they get louder STOP THINKING. I feel like it is impossible to stop thinking STOP THINKING. I am blinking my eyes every time I stop thi- STOP THINKING. Man I am blinking a lo- STOP THINKING. Man writing this as a comment is a clever idea STOP THINKING. If there is a thought but I don't observe the thought did I really have it? STOP THINKING. It's like Quantum physics STOP THINKING. People will think I am smart for saying that. STOP THINKING. No they wont. STOP THINKING. This is like the humility thing. STOP THINKING. Does everyone have low key "repulsive to say out loud" thoughts about themselves that make them seem pompous? STOP THINKING. My thought's are like a TV and it's like the goal is to ignore the TV sound, but it's not as if the sound can ever go away. STOP THINKING. Is this even correct? Maybe I am wro- STOP THINKING. Wouldn't it be a waste of time to write a big UA-cam comment about- STOP THINKING. How am I going to show the parts when I stop thinking? Should I say that a period means I stopped think- STOP THINKING"

Within the flame is where I gain. My elders would always tell me Fire is to Spirit as Soul is to Flame. The 2 are the one. A very powerful technique they instilled in me was to look at the candle and catch the angle of the flame. The one will become two creating a dark void in between. It is within that space is where you access the most High from inside and create and meditate from within. Do this daily and you will be surprised what unfolds within you and for you. As with anything your intention is key. If one is to be sarcastic don't attempt this.

Using a candle to meditate helps with focus. Focus on the flame. Don't judge it's movement. Just observe.

This comes in handy when the power is out and I have to find my way in the dark.

Finally found something that can help me meditate and keep my focus. Thank you for posting. I love that the video and the fact that it loops every 5 minutes that way I don't even have to keep a 15 minute timer that can jar me from my calm experience.

The points in the video where it loops can be useful visual markers for timing a Samadhi (concentration) session. One such cycle / loop of the video runs from 20:37 to 25:45.

I do like the candle, but someone please publish a flame video without a loop. The loop is long and skillfully spliced, but it is still a loop. Let’s all try to be a little more authentic and publish videos that are in fact what they purport to be.
