AirBnB isn't a recognised BnB platform where I live, you're just renting it out as if you were on your own, AirBnB is just a platform that finds customers for you. other BnB platforms that are recognised allow regular folks to do the BnB thing without any of the tax hassle but only if you don't earn too much with it. think side husstle type income.
