BTI FRESH PRODUCE // Challenge Gravine Gravel Tire - First Impressions!
Thanks Pete!
Box took the coolest hubs ever and made them look like shit. Nice work
Thanks for demonstrating how the engagement functions. I wasn't understanding how the fourth paw works until you showed it in this video.
What is the size you wearing? Thanks
Derek (its my first week and he's been showing me the ropes) I'm likely late, lol
I've only ever worn whatever full fingered gloves I have laying around the shop, but those "beer me" ones are really tempting...
Fits on sram gx transmissions?
Big question mark over this acording to the ZFC data, Sica Secret Wax and Moulten Speed Wax are a safer bet. I have used both and happy with the results over thousands of miles.
Thanks Pete ! Like you said, I’m gonna bring my maintenance to the next level !
The worst lubricant ever tested by Zero friction cycling to date. Literally worse than no lubricant at all.
Very helpful thank you!
You speak in hindi then your UA-cam channel very fast growing
What’s the rise on that deity bar? I’m thinking about buying this stem and fit a 50mm rise bars. Thanks for the video!
Thank you!
Derek
Will this work on E-bikes? There’s a lot more torque
Hello ? How ypu think about those dainese worth the money? Thank you?
Derek and Jake!!
Right on!
@@BTIFreshProduce Hey gents, we are past the first week in January. When are you announcing the giveaway?
Jake Inman, head honcho w/ customer service! Great ep w/ Jon Branch, it's interesting to hear the perspective of local shop owners. Bike shop + indoor park = Dope.
Derek

Its a pain in the ass to install
Zero Friction Cycling tested it. It seems that the spherical additives act more like a grinding paste. I'll stay with Silca.
Thanks for the video. I was interested in the hubs as the engagement in the drive side looked awesome... but I have never had a set of centerlocks that tightened down securely enough... so why would I want a 6 bolt secured by centerlock when just regular 6 bolt works brilliantly. I bought another set of Industry 9's.
FYI these are 42 g heavier than a SRAM DUB bb. Also, gently test fit your crank spindle. My DUB spindle was slightly oversized and wouldn’t fit into bearings. I used some 1500 grit sandpaper to remove probably 1/5000” of the spindle to get them to fit properly. Bb shell was checked and it was concentric. Another DUB crank fit perfect. After massaging the spindle it installs perfect and spins very smooth.
I LOVE this bag !! Had mine for about a year now. If I could change one thing I’d like the phone mount to be angled toward me rather than setting flat. Otherwise - it’s perfection !!
Not enough info. No range. Tell tell alarm…?…
These are Awesome. Great price in Australia at Dirt Hero. Grabbing a set for my TRP in copper.
Thank you very much for posting this. Good explanation and easy to understand how to change the engagement settings in the hub. I have the rear hub ordered and can't wait to build a wheel around it for my DH bike. Moving from an Onyx hub with almost instant engagement to this with LOTS of "space" before engagement. Hoping to free up the suspension a bit. Always fun to experiment. Thanks again for putting this information out there for us.
Did nobody else notice ... EIGHT pawls instead of the usual 6?
I LOVE your company, although I wish there was a way for you to ship to folks in the Midwest and the East Coast quicker and less expensive. Thanks for sharing!
ждём результат надежности на длительной дистанции. не похоже, что проблема столь актуальна, как усложнена конструкция
Would this fit or compatible with my LEVO Carbon 2023/3rd gen?
My Wife is suffering with saddles, Currently has the Ergon Ladies SMC Pro, was good to start with but now the tears roll in pain after only 10km into an 80km ride. She tried the WTB Koda, utter disaster. Tries the Specialized Ladies with the soft gel pad, was like a plank she said. Tried some other brands.....terrible. She's at the point of giving up. Thinking about the WTB Speed she, but maybe the sit bone area may be too soft, thus pressure created in the perennial area. Any thoughts, she's 54.
Great to see a comparison as I had a hard time finding much except on Loam Wolf. Seeing how much bigger they are gives me confidence and that scoop in middle seems promising. 115 is as long as the Chromag Pressure and 110mm is 9mm wider which I really needed as the old Chesters felt like I was struggling to find more surface to stand on. I have size 10 and I sold the old Chesters without riding them. I have for comparison OneUp Alums x2, Canfield Crampon Ultimate, Nukeproof Horizon Enduro Sam Hill and have tried OneUp Composites and Deity Deftrap Composite s. I found the Horizon Enduro has nice foot placement feel for me. I have to work to stay on the convex pedals(oneup alum and crampons) and have noticed my legs feel more tired after riding these on rough rocky terrain(calves). Seems easiest to reposition foot on crampons whereas the oneups you have to lift more. I also do NOT like the large bearing on the oneups as I've felt my foot and ankles almost turn when I end up standing on them and my foot get's jammed in the pedal and crank/pins. I do like them still as they are lower profile and are the perfect size. Also, tried the Stamp 7/2 and they both felt pretty solid overall.
Picked up a set of the old chester pedals when they went on sale. I think they feel about the same as my stamp pedals. I use them on my road bike so I never stand on them. Everybody complains about feeling the axle on the stamp and some even complain about that on the chester No idea, both feel great to me.
Thanks for the video.
Any words on ease/ difficulty of install? Also, the old Armour always gave an inconsistent tread position after initial install. It got better with use, but regardless of adding sealant and massaging, I couldn't get consistency in how the tread of the tire would lay on top of the insert. Hope that makes sense.
The God
Thanks for breaking it down, step by step!
i would buy the Kali if they made a xxxl helmet for my big head. I wear a 7 7/8" hat and it's hard to find a helmet.
Mtb with piggyback shock is more expensive? But why all Bold or Scott spark bikes are expensive and none of them has a piggy-back shock??
nice product
air valve cap getting seized on there whare it is maybe or worse damaged, hopefully covers with them? They very cool though if i still had the gravel bike they might have been on it but on emtbs now do they do mtb ones?
I just bought a Trek Roscoe that came with the Praxis Cadet crankset. Seems like a great crank.
Hi, I would like to ask you, is it possible to connect E*THIRTEEN HELIX R 73 MM CRANKSET with bottom bracket width 105mm
Does this work with 650b wheels? Using a 650x2.0 setup but interested in this fork
The Mara piggyback looks easier to tune by the owner than the inline, am i right?
Garbage the screws that come for the rotor adapter are too thin and they snap .They have the worst customer service
That's gotta be an easy fix though - whether for the consumer after purchase or eventually for a v2 from factory. Even if they were to just ship out replacement screws. Even buying titanium bolts isn't really that expensive.
I was on your website but i couldn’t find what i was looking for Need a single speed. Nutted. 135mm 27.5 wheelset. Its for a big bmx
