The 4 Galilean moons are among the most massive in the solar system. Io, Europa, and Ganymede are all bathed in Jupiter's radiation. Protons from the sun are trapped in Jupiter's giant magnetosphere. Even a few minutes on Io, Europa, or Ganymede would be a deadly dose of ionizing radiation. However, Calisto is far enough from Jupiter, that it may be possible to build a station and safely live there someday. Ganymede is the most massive moon in the solar system. Saturn's moon Titan is the second most massive. Calisto is third, Io is forth, Our moon is the fith, Europa is sixth, and Neptune's moon Triton is the seventh most massive moon in the sol system.

Is our solar system the only one in the galaxy that's surrounded by a cloud of ice and stone? Surely other solar systems have their own Oort cloud.

We couldn't possibly know for sure. It shows these objects as being close to each other and so dense but the truth is standing on one you would be unlikely to be able to see another. The average distance between objects is around 1.2 trillion miles.
