1st: Dw Beaters w/ Aquarian Double Kick Pad 2nd: Danmar 205 Beaters w/ Danmar PDKP Impact Pad I personally find the DW's to be a nice low end perfect for jazz and rock. As you can see they have had a lot of use. However, the Danmar's clicky attack screams Metal drumming. It all depends on the sound you're going for. Tested by: Jon Shuemaker drummer for "Stuck Backwards".
