even tho i didn't have any nightmares prior to listening to this it was still very enjoyable! :) my opinion on the "bird" sound is kinda neutral, like it's not annoying, but it also doesn't give me tingles or isn't especially soothing, it's just kind of... a sound, I guess lol (also if you take requests could you do an audio with the listener as a catperson :3)
