​@@alphadru2011 "normally when you see multiple pred badges you respect them (...) i dont really know what to think anymore (...) how legit are those badges?" - this makes it seem like you just started out with online pvp. explanation: specifically in apex theres been issues with ranked since the beginning. s2/s3 preds were probably +50% rp exploiters and zone healers for example. it continued with teaming, map glitches and matchmaking exploits ("sao paulo servers" etc). independently this games ranked system has never been competitively integer. in the best seasons it was still 90% about time investment and only 10% skill (but i guess u know - since ur talking about "dedication", not skill) - no real elo system for any real sportsman :) and then with all that in mind theres still for apex what doping is for tour de france - but legal - aim assist... so no - ofc many multi season master/preds are not actually legit one of the best. but i guess youre a 40% aim bot enjoyer too so ofc youre careful when accusing others for their "cheats" ;)

Sorry, I play with a lot of preds who compete in algs tournaments that get to those ranks legitimately. So maybe my normal is not your normal. Season 2-3 were easy to rank up because nobody knew what they were doing. in the best seasons it was about macro and micro if you were playing legit. I didnt say dedication. I said commitment. because it is a grind. also I played mnk before but had to stop because of tendonitis, carpal tunnel, and an injury to my left wrist from spots so i know a thing or two about being a sportsman and sportsmanship. so saying AA negates you from being a respected player is just a cheap copout. You never hear someone in a 4 or 6 cylinder complaining about losing to a hellcat because they have a bigger engine. ist just cross eyed to think like that

@@alphadru2011 funny you pulled that car example - i come from irl motorsports, a few seasons sponsored national champs autocross and rallyesprint. and lemme give you the only reason why theres nobody complaining about a situation like you described: because different engine sizes compete in different classes :) but the example is limping - as we say in german - in other regards anyways since aim assist isnt the apex equivalent for a bigger engine in motorsports - but auto transmission, traction/stability control and abs would be... :) no need to mention: in motorsports the users dont compete in the same group as unassisted drivers. but yea, cheating is unfortunately a "normal" part of all competitions in life - but nowhere as easy and accessible as in esports atm. btw i also got titanium in my mouse wrist since a parcours accident +10 years ago - greatly reduced mobility and always borderline tendonitis, i feel you there. definately a reason to switch game, sport or maybe input - no reason to use assists for me tho. for apex i went with an ultra light 26g mouse and it really helped reduce strain. gwolves - very underrated. and ofc sometimes i play roller - with legal 40% cheats ;) dont hate the player - hate the game <3

@@alphadru2011Trueoutlaw on Xbox console was number 2 pred in season 17 and I played with him and he was cheating by glitching under the map on olympus or 6 manning and got pred multiple times I’ve kept quiet about this for long enough but you can look him up he’s not no where near a pred player only that he abuses glitches from placement points

cloud computing anti-cheat is expensive tho which ea doesnt like. Pretty sure their matches run cheap cloud servers or limited scalability per match; cos of lag and audio issues players face

@@alphadru2011honestly man, pred is like top 250 on cod not only am I 99%he’s cheating but it’s Almost certain in order to keep up with other cheating preds or have a “fair chance”. I think one cheater in a lobby can dictate the whole scene from people playing legit to with cheats. How do you compete with aimbot or walls without using them yourself? It’s really hard to kill a cheater it takes like 200% effort to kil him it sucks. I am not condoning cheats but like how do we compete with cheaters? If not using cheats? I’m probably gonna uninstall it’s unfair.

This isn’t just an apex issue unfortunately. The people making the cheats just code them to be able to work around each anticheat. A company can patch those cheats but they create a work around the patch so they don’t get caught. It’s a tough era to be a game developer.

I can guarantee you it is a priority for them. The problem is the developers that create the cheats wait for the patches to come out that make their cheats useless and code the cheats to be undetectable again. It’s a never ending cycle unfortunately.

@@alphadru2011 I agree with you but there are so many things they could do to improve the situation and don't. I think its a priority for Respawn not one for EA and there lies the problem even if respawn wants to expand and try to improve the cheating i don't know if they have the resources to with everything else they have to do. There's a reason the big conspiracy for a long time was that Apex was run by a skeleton crew only to pump out money for EA. I don't think that's the case anymore but still. I know someone who does coding and cyber security and they said “when it comes to coding, there’s always a way around whatever problem infront of you” and I think about that all the time I see cheats being patched. You think this guy was cheating?

@@alphadru2011 Bru they ban whole account if someone writes something but if somebody cheats they just ban that game. This is enough to understand who they consider more dangerous. A guy can cheat on fifa, get banned then cheat in Apex from same account.

That team had killed a tiktoker who was spectating the pathy cheating. After we killed them the tiktoker messaged my teammate endsfps and told him. The next day the tiktoker posted a video. He was beaming us on the trident while hipfiring lmao to top it off he was duo with a pred. I’m going to be making a video soon
