Wait to swap the bucket or your swapping it twice
Lookin fire
Put it on super smoke. Also let it cook to around 210 to fully render fat on beef Dino ribs.
I'm doing these for Christmas day. 😊
I appreciate how simple and approachable you make it. I'm inspired to go in my own direction but thats only because you make it digestible for us normal folks Thank you for your efforts it makes the group stronger.

Is there a big difference in the smoke between the 885 and the pro 780 in the food?
Traeger sponsor this ?
Appreciate you repeating multiple times the temperature and how long at each temp, good reminder throughout the video.
Looks so delicious! Just one problem dude! You forgot to call me when it was ready 😄
Looks fn amazing. I’ll try it
New follower brother! You got me with the SpongeBob Brisket Pants 😂
Sharpen that knife
Why do they always gotta put shit ass music with stuff
You talk to much just cook
Dude talks like a 12 year old in his first year in middle school hearing slang for the first time 😂
This is exactly the kind of process i was looking for. I have a pellet grill coming and never tried this style of preparing food and im not quite ready to be tending to a brisket for the better part of a day. Looks great.
Just your typical Asian sweet chili sauce?
aarondynamics??? hahahah
I don’t understand the “as a kid from Philly” connection with Texas bbq??
You didn’t show wrapping it. Did you just cover the top of the tray with foil? Or did you use the butcher paper? Mine is at the 5hr mark and is at 168 internal with foil over the tray. Not sure if I was supposed to wrap it in butcher paper
It shows for a second or two towards the end. Read the description, he cooked it uncovered for a bit then foil over top the tray
🔥
How long did it take at 225 to get the steak to where you wanted it?
When the human race learns to read the language of symbolism, a great veil will fall from the eyes of men. They shall then know truth and realize that truth has been unrecognized from the beginning. Smh 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Nice job, but you sire do talk a lot bud.
How long will this take with a way smaller brisket??
It must be nice to have a wood pellet grill that gets to 400 degrees. Neither my Traeger nor Camp Chef get anywhere close.
What temp you smoking at? And at what temp did you wrap it?
I legitimately thought it was a wagyu roast cause it legitimately looks like its wagyu im shocked 19.99 looks good bro
Just by the way that you sliced the meat, you have no idea what the hell you are doing. Always slice at an angle with a pork tenderloin.
You had me at da hat. 🏆
Crushed pineapple with red pepper flakes
Coins
What temp for the grill?
I plan on doing some Cornish hens. I plan on putting them in a wet brine overnight, similar to how I do a thanksgiving turkey. Some duck fat really works good for the skin too! I use it on my chicken wings. Those looks delicious 👏🏽
Ole boy make a rabbit. Slap a hound in da mouth
You are a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you sir.
If you put your own trays with raised rack inside you can smoke without having to clean those grill grates.
That's not a light it's a pellet level sensor 6:09
Extra virgin olive oil does NOT have a high smoke point.
Is that considered pastrami?
Never seen these seasonings…. Look pretty good
How long did it take?
Man, that looks good.
I have the pitboss 850 pro v2. Got my chuck roasts 3.9 and 4.05 lbs I put mustard on as a binder and used two of my own made rubs. Cooked at 230 for 4 hrs 250 3hrs, 270 to finish. Wrapped at 262 took to 206 internal. I used a 12 inch smoke tube with hickory pellets lasted 4 hrs. After about 3 hrs i spritzed with 40/40/20 water/ape cider vinegar, Worcester. I also bout a water pan in my smoker with water and Worcester mix. Turned out amazing. Best bark and best taste.
Don't look like a brisket
I've seen all these ingredients at Aldi. I've even seen Chipotle ranch, which would go good with this recipe. I think you'd save at least 25% getting your stuff at Aldi. Believe me, I've compared receipts.
You lost me at “it’s great seasoning”
HI. DO YOU RINSE THE BRISKET WITH WATER WHEN YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE
looks good, could do without the porn soundtrack tho.
LOL. pornographic grilling episode!😂🎉
