So clean
🔥
Zappa like long, noodling solos; Adrian Belew loved his whammy bar; Joe loved his Telefunken U-47.
What about rainbow bridge hear my train a coming

Heyyyy!!!! Love it
Thanks for the reaction! Check out his right thumb…..it’s longer than my middle finger
🔥🔥🔥 sheesh bro I know you posted this a year ago but you gotta post this one n every platform possible
Oh, and yes… you’re absolutely correct that “Jordan” is a reference to Michael. Buckethead is a huge basketball fan, and you can easily find videos of him performing in a Jordan jersey
You asked about his tapping and how much was technique vs. gain. Mostly technique. Gain, or more specifically compression, definitely helps makes the individual notes easier to produce with less physical force required. But more importantly, compression keeps all the notes at the same volume, which also aids sustain (you don’t have the sharp peak of the note’s attack and then have it quickly fade).
The difference is that guys like Buckethead don’t go long periods of time without playing/practicing. They treated it like a job even before it was a job. I was like that in my late teens and early 20s, there was a stretch of about 5 years where I played a minimum of four hours a day every day, and usually it was more like 8-10 hours a day. I had designs on being a professional musician, but it was the early ‘90s and the anti-technical movement (grunge and then nu-metal) had taken over, and I (probably wisely) decided guitar was better for me as a hobby than a career :) I still play (I’m 52 now), though not as well as when I was younger. And it’s really the lack of dedicated practice time… I can go weeks at a time without picking up a guitar, and it’s pretty much impossible to maintain your skills (forget actually getting better) without putting in the time.
The best ever superbowl performance
They look good on you bro

Just for your information, Stevie Ray Vaughan himself acknowledged that Jimi was the GOAT. Every few years, magazines do a critique of the top hundred guitarist of all time - Jimi Hendrix is #1 every time, not Stevie. So, before you start making bold declarations about who is going to blow whom out of the water, you should do your homework a little bit better. You just can’t throw up a UA-cam channel about music and think you’re a pro.
hi! if you could please do “Ghost Town” by kanye west it would be greatly appreciated🙏🏼
Honestly do they feel a bit tight on you
Yes they did a little snugger than I would have liked
@@RonBluu I got a pair of them in last month and I feel like they don’t really suit people with a rounder face or fuller cheeks or people with small nose bridges. When I put my pair on kinda looks like it’s floating on my face hahaha. Gotta lose some cheek fat so that it’s not so snug then it can rest on my face properly
Thanks Ron! Excellent song choice 👌🏾
You mentioned something about-- What were the other guys in the band thinking-- I have read every thing about Jimi available in print, that I can find, and I can tell you, for sure, Mitch Mitchell believed in Jimi from day one. Pretty much anything Jimi wanted to try, Mitch was behind him because knew Jimi was magic. He knew maybe more than Jimi, because he had that outside perspective. He saw how brilliant this dude was. But he played it cool. Mitch Mitchell, Eddie Kramer, and Billy Cox, were true friends that believed in him. And don't think that Jimi had many people in his life like that. Even before he was famous. Just my opinion.
Mr. Steal Yo Girl himself!!
Can I commission your gtr playing on a song of mine

I have 1… I upgraded to a different device. But, it worked great for streaming!
Yep. You got so many things other reactors haven't even processed. Excellent review. Loved it.
Have you ever been told you look like Cee-lo?. Haha. Thank you for the awesome tutorial !
Thank you sir I’ve been looking for a review on these before I buy yeah they the type classy I’m looking for.
Thank you, this is amazing
Which version of this legendary performance is this? Unfortunately, the video has been heavily edited, which detracts from the authenticity of what truly happened that night. Please consider replacing this with an unedited, authentic version. It would also be great if commentary could be saved for after Jimi's playing-his performance is masterful, full of phenomenal phrasing and bursts of brilliance. Speaking over it diminishes the impact. Having said that, your choice of music, your presentation and enthusiasm is outstanding !
i love how you teach. W vid
Sinatra had a big radio song at the time Stangers in the Night. Always love how Jimi incorporates the melody in the solo.
thanks for the tutorial all was clear
heart and soul engaging and moving
Thank you bro what a fucking guy 🎉
I feel you on trying to justify the cost of the titanium version. I’d love to have it for my new black ultra 2, but deep down, it’s extremely difficult for me to rationalize $400 on a piece of jewelry (essentially), that isn’t going to appreciate in value, but decline over time and probably one day become useless as I upgrade down the road. They definitely are the best looking ultra 2 bands though!
What really sucks is that two weeks ago bandwerk had the black one available was available for $259. I should have got it. But since the new one is out they raised the prices to almost double the amount.
I’m so sorry but u look like edp Nice video though
Don’t even play guitar but I was interested in this video
I’m glad you stopped by 🙏🏿🙏🏿

YESSIR!!!!
That version of Lifetime with the band was filthy. They played out of their minds.
Absolutely!
God bless you my G thank you.
No problem! 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Hallo, only three favorites? that's hard, my personal favorite guitarists Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher (Taste and Solo albums) and Peter Green 🎸☮
I know and love Jimis music since 1969, as a school kid I went to the library to listen to his albums ! you are right, some footage of the audience does not belong to this performace, thank you for your reaction, it was one of the best I've seen so far, nice greetings from Berlin😊
I didn't hear this as being directed to Drake....it sounds like it's sooooooooooo much bigger than Drake. He's low key speaking my own frustrations with the entertainment industry and it's commitment to a total lack of substance. I'm actually so inspired by the song, I've got some new ideas for a script I was working on! Great channel, keep it up!
That hum though
That soundtrack os from " into the dragon movie by bruce lee. I know and watched a lot a movies ony days. Kendrick focus on legandary songs and movies. If you know, you know.🙏🔥🔥👑👑❤️❤️💯💯
Thanks bro
