Hi Hamza, Thank you for sharing the theory of what needs to be done and I think I agree with all of what you said. A scholar once said the ears have heard enough, the eyes want to see. Meaning that while your points are accurate we need collective institutions live these traits and demonstrate them with sincerity. I’m blessed to be around these people so I have a platform where I can thrive as a leader. But I don’t think many people have the advantages that I have. Teaching is only a small percentage of making people learn. They need a physical role model that lives these traits in front of them. How could this be solved?
