One of the magical thing about Roots Reggae is that even though it is two genre up from Ska the Ska is still present in it, its right in-between the beats, that's what you are playing with the Ocarina(especially), the Grand Piano Bang and the Guitar Chop combination, its called "The Bubble" pa PA pa - pa PA pa

Good job, one thing I would mention though is that Stepper is also another style of Roots Reggae, another style is Rockers still Roots Reggae, yes, and of course One Drop.

I used to have Cubase Pro before I went and got C13 and I did notice a few things were missing such as the mastering so I purchased the Waves mastering suite and upgraded my Kontakt plugins.

Nice to watch a fellow Cubase user working. I use the Xpandi2 for my bass the round wood preset. I'm not a bass player but a friend sometimes plays his acoustic bass when he's around. I'm using Cubase 13 Artist. I haven't upgraded to 14 as of yet. I suggest upgrading to Pro or sticking with Artist.
