🎄🍊 Cranberry Orange Biscotti Recipe 🍪✨

Ingredients:
🧈 ½ cup butter, room temperature
🍚 1 cup white sugar
🥚 2 eggs
🍊 1½ tablespoons orange zest
🧡 1 teaspoon orange extract
🌰 ¼ teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
🧁 1 teaspoon baking powder
🥣 2¾ cups flour
⚖️ ½ teaspoon baking soda
🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
🫐 1 package sweetened dried cranberries (Craisins)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs, orange zest, orange extract, and almond extract, and beat until well combined.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients to form a stiff dough. Fold in the dried cranberries.
4️⃣ Divide the dough in half and shape each portion into logs.
5️⃣ Bake the logs for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
6️⃣ Slice the logs into biscotti and lay the slices on their sides. Bake for an additional 7 minutes.
✨ Optional Mix-Ins: Add chopped pecans, white chocolate chips, or dark chocolate chips for an extra treat!
