I would say im quite lucky- I told my mother about it and she was super happy that im finding other coping mechanisms (i used to have some quite bad ones). I dont think my dad would really understand it but we dont really talk much and he already sort of views me as younger than i am so hes not too surprised about the kids stuff i keep in my room and i dont need to tell him. You don’t necessarily need to tell ur parents and you especially shouldnt if it’ll put you in danger. Just remember either way you’re valid and your loved (even if its just by some random internet strangers)

I don't think that I age regress, but I do have selective mutism (or have "verbal shutdowns" as I've called it), so I do wanna make my own communication cards bc school's coming up; also, I don't play card games & yet I still have FNaF UNO cards, AND I also wanna put my FNaF lanyard to use since I can't use it 4 my phone, soo.. Update: almost done w/ them; I made them from old, unfinished sketchbook paper as opposed to those UNO cards tho. I also put some 8 bit grid paper FNaF art on them! U bet that I put Springtrap w/ flame behind him for the one that says "It's too warm," lmao!!

Basically all of my direct family members have seen/found my pacifier and asked me about it, but I just say I’m going to use it as a prank on my sister. The reason I say that is because my family isn’t the most supportive about stuff outside of the “normal”, so I can only regress at night or when no one is home, and I have to be very quiet about it. However, I am planning to tell them when I move out.

As a age regresser i love watching these videos :)

I can’t really tell if I age regress or what, but I love more ‘childish’ things like coloring books or stuffed animals or whatever. I also like playing with kids, because I can be a kid with them. Even when I was like eight, I had what my dad called a ‘baby voice’ that I’d slip into sometimes where I articulated less and whatnot. So these kinds of videos really help me to be little again, to whatever extent I can.
