Its better than clorox Bleaching method because discharge ink only dips on surface of cotton shirt while keeping design consistency. Actually i even ask this to a local discharge shop to screen print only white underbase and he said: No, discharge ink contains grainy ink that will prohibits ink sublimation. [Citation needed] The one billion dollar question is: do sublimating works on cotton? The answer is Possible. you first use the cotton pretreatment spray. Sublimation only works best on white tshirt with atleast 65% polyester or above.

This!!!!! I was making a heap of bags, as I have for years, and all of a sudden it just stopped sticking. Different heat press, correct settings, and still wouldn’t stick. Used to do a hot peel confidently, now it won’t without peeling the design up! And it was kept in a cool dry spot so the store must’ve had it sitting for a while before I bought it 😢

Hello, I have a design that is a PNG and my Cricut will only print and cut. I have a sg1000 sublimation printer. This project has to go onto a cotton tshirt… for a high school running club. How do I do this? Cricut rep said this cannot be done ( minus the sublimation part that he did not know I had the sub printer).
