Hi!! I’m my entire time staying in Manley, I went to the third floor like 2 times 🤣 but if it’s a mirror image of the second floor, then 311 is probably divided, but I’m not sure
Do yall move out of the dorms for Christmas?
We do not have to entirely move out of the dorm for christmas break, but there is a checklist of things that we have to do before we leave. Also, the dorm does close for the entire break, and you can not go back to your room until it opens again for second semester.

This year I believe it was virtual, but it's usually like an admitted students weekend where students in their senior year of high school come for a couple days to see what Spelman is all about. Let me know it you have any more questions!

There are singles on every floor. However, I don't know if you can request them, or you have to have special circumstances.

Yes! Thats a great question. There is so many things that go on NSO week that it would be hard for me to list them all in this response 😂 I would be happy to make a video about NSO week if that is something that you would be interested in.

does manley have high rise beds ?
Sadly no. I believe that Abby is the only dorm where you can raise the beds. However, you can get bed risers. They sell them everywhere, I got the extra large ones from bed bath and beyond, and regular ones from like Target and I stacked the two sets in order to make my bed tall.

Hi! There are 4 different freshman dorms: Manley, HH, Abby, and LLC1. When filling out your housing application, you get to choose which one you would like to stay in.
