Cost less to drive “mile for mile” than their gas powered counterparts, but the average EV starts at 50 grand, their range suffers tremendously in cold weather, the electric battery loses range with age & when that electric battery goes it’s 20-40 grand for just the battery, plus labor effectively totaling the car. Also, used electric cars value plummets, you can get a 2-3 year old Nissan Leaf for 80% off MSRP. The Fisker Ocean electric SUV is a couple years old, but 60-70 grand when new vehicle that is selling for under 20k now. Not to mention that any issues with the car leave it immobilized, and there is a very limited number of auto shops willing to work on EVs, meaning you’ll be waiting months for an opening at the dealership just to diagnose the problem. Hard pass, there’s plenty of fuel efficient cars that make much more sense to own

Great question. No 2018 Accord offers the Honda LaneWatch. EX and above models have Blind Spot Information instead of the Honda LaneWatch.
