I remember one time I was trying to do it after studying on it for a bit. I got to the vibrations part and then my dad called me to help him with the groceries and my body continued to vibrate for a while after so I knew it was different then just something falling asleep. Really sad

Not lying about feeling like dying!!! When I was in my early 20s I would astral project all the time. I was getting off drugs and sobering up and it started as sleep paralysis about every day. It was the same story every time. I would start floating up and going through a dark tunnel upwards and god was always at the top of it and when I got there he was always like it’s not your time and shoved me back down. It was the most intense and terrifying experience and thought I was dying everytime. I did some research and found out about obe and autoscopy l. now realizing what was going on I began to start relaxing more and facing the fears that were there before. And once I got past the fear I started projecting and having some pleasant experiences. There were still the dark figures/aliens that were present a lot of the times. But I got used to them and they wouldn’t show up as much but I’ve had some wild experiences with them. Idk if having a seratonin imbalance or what not and getting off drugs were the cause of the experiences but once I got sober and my mental state was on a very positive rebalance they went away. I had maybe two or three other times when it came a few years later but I’ve never decided to try it again and now I’m in my 40s.
