This is were I lost a bit of favor towards wargroove 2 honestly, the 1st was when Ceasar, a dog whose sense of justice were so strong he became the scourge of the outlaws, would let his handlers act the way they did towards Rhomb, and then this, Tenri straight up wanting to invade Felheim cuz she felt it was the right thing to do

I dislike this mission because there is just so much dialogue, every damn turn there is a new text box I must mash through

Its interesting that Hans (the outlaw leader that got ganked in the 1st campaign) is actually a battle mage once, which would explain the fact that he would rather die than see another war, dude has seen some stuff

Hans is right in a sense, it would be fine if they were just researching the continent itself, you know its geography, its culture history and people, but researching artefacts of war is another thing entirely

I honeslty pretty feel bad for the outlaws, yes they try to robbed pistil but also the fact that the outlaw leader is borderline manic, not wanting the war to start again

I honestly didnt like the rat folk during my first time playing the game, idk just the way they talked Aurania down with the whole our mountains are bigger line rubbed me the wrong way, most scholars wouldn't think that

Also pistil rant on how she could do better made me realize something, this trip to Aurania is their first military operation, and according to there codexes this the first time the mouse folk ever jad a military, the reason they never managed to build something like requiem while cacophony did is because cacophony has been in a war, countless times probably, the technology that puts people in graves is far better than the ones that keep people out of them

The defeat dialogue is pretty funny in this one, when pistil loses she demands we do it again and properly this time, as if we did not take seriously the first time

I have been binging this series and it is fun! Also adore the politics in the lore for some reason

you should go for a melee sandevistan build and I know you talk in part 1 about not doing side quests but it’s really worth doing sinnerman

Serpentine's voice actor is Jason Lord, who also voices General Gong in this game and voiced both characters in the first game; think he voiced at least one other character as well but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Corazon's voice actress is indeed the same one as Ruby's, Lindsay Jones; she tends to slip into her Ruby voice a lot in this game.

Now that you've completed the story part of the Battlesphere, you can return there and take on some of the challenges to get some of the time capsules I mentioned in my comment on the first video. You don't need to do every challenge, thankfully; the ones that give time capsules will show them as a reward icon, but you will have to do a majority of the standard challenges (I think only two of them are optional), and I don't think they'll all be available to play until later in the story. On the bright side, the boss rematches and home run contest at the Battlesphere are completely optional; I don't think they even have any achievements tied to them.

There is an S rank, but ranks in this game are determined solely by your crystal bonus; it has to be at least 125% for an S rank (losing no health gives you a 25% bonus so either taking no damage or equipping Brave Stones to make the game harder can get you an S rank), and if you manage to get your crystal bonus to at least 200% (requires equipping a Brave Stone that makes you only have one health) you get the elusive rainbow S rank. Every level also has a par time, which you can see by equipping the Brave Stone from the first level, and there's an achievement to beat at least one level in under half its par time as each character.

Since you did ask about it, there is a normal ending and a good ending, which, without getting into spoilers, is unlocked by collecting special things known as time capsules. The majority of them are all in one place, but one is located in a hub area around the midgame, but thankfully it's not missable. Collect all 13 if you want the good ending and a bonus cutscene after the credits, and they can be viewed at the same location where the hub world one is. If you get the normal ending first, you thankfully don't need to replay through the whole game again for the good ending; you just need to replay the final boss after getting all the time capsules.

¿Not a good ending?... 🤔 Must be a cultural thing, in my culture almost all our miths and legends have this kind of resolution, so to us is a really lovely ending I really love it and over the years I noticed that english speakers don't like this king of aproach, that is a shame, I'm so sad that you can't appreciate and enjoy the beauty in this ending, I just finished the game yesterday and I going to paint a whole wall of this Blaster Master Zero 3 ending with no spoilers, just little hints like the big cocoon in the back ground, Leibniz showing only the right eye, nothing explicit but enough to bring a smile on those who played the game and recognize the references and Zero spoilers to those who didn't play the game because I don't want to spoil the experience. 😌

13:07 I was speech less in this part and almost about cry... I always wanted this kind of scene in a 8 bit game back in the 90's when I was 7, finally I witnessed. 🥺😌

I discovered by accident after 20 hours of trying diferent things, replaying the game with minimal super dimensional exposure, trying to uncover all the map and super dimensional map, trying to beat the final boss with diferent moves, looking for someone who fix the thank before the final boss and a lot of things but inspired for the Blaster Master Zero 2 and in a really frustrated episode I ended pressing the Y button like a maniac, then the X, B, and the Pad, then every button and accidentally activate the VRV system and the true ending starts. 🤔 Was very frustrating at the time but now I really remember that frustrating moments with joy and charm, and becomes part of the experience of the game and now in retrospective "frustration" is a common japanese game designe, for example, Shootem ups, SNK sub bosses and final bosses (Aka Rugal Bernstein, Goenitz.) Ninja Gaiden, Castlevania, the original Blaster Master.

🤣 I did the same the first time, I replay the entire game again but eventually I discovered that that isn't necessary, and after 20 hours of trying diferent things eventually discover what to do (basicaly by accident) 😝 and activate the true ending, was a pain in the ass but also was worth it, I started a casual play at 23:hours at the night... accidentally unlock the true ending and then I just can't stop paying, I finish the game when the sun rices at the cold morning without sleep but was amazing, the experience was unbelievable, I always dreamed with a 8 bit game like that back in the 80's and with this game finally witnessed that anime feeling in a 8 bit experience, I just love it so much. 😍
