This car is one of the best cars in its segment ever made and already a classic!! Fiat , using a simple platform (Tipo) made something really nice. By the way,,designed by Chris BANGLE , not Lemp as I read below. And ...
I love owning these cars, you can pick them up for pennies now! you hardly ever see another and yet they're awesome if it didn't have the Fiat badge (who didn't even build it) they would be worth so much more. Some have issues but that's more down to previous owners not servicing or driving them properly, the electrics are Bosch (German) so not a lot to go wrong. If they brought this car out tomorrow it would still look new.
That's my old Coupe at 1:48 Portofino blue, lowered, Momo alloys, absolute stunner she was. Driving an Ink black turbo plus now. A seriously underrated car (not that I mind)
Thank you for really great video! Great tribute to great engine and to some really great cars. One little correction though: it is Fiat Regata not Regatta (common mistake for some reason). I used to have one for nine years. It was only the sohc version but great car nevertheless. Rust was the only issue, mechanically really reliable and fun to drive.
Not only did you choose the greatest engine ever, you chose one of the best songs ever to go with! Only a couple more years before we will finally be able to license a Lancia Delta here in the USA! Clock is ticking!
A four banger with a diminutive appearance but, when coupled with a turbo, it became a screaming and indestructible monster.
1000HP out of this 4 cyl is incredible.
So you included some models and prototypes even google never heard of but you didn't include Tipo 16v? the f
Lancia Prisma missing.

Certainly, great engine. It was also used in some FSO cars, unfortunetly we were unable to launch a mass production of that engines. Very pity.
