went on the ride 2 years ago and lets just say i did not have a pleasant experience...

Love this whole track but especially 1:39 when the bass hits full-force and 3:46 when it picks back up again for the finale. Absolutely glorious. The ride will always be Air to me but the change of name was worth it to get this theme tune.

I’m going to be studying psychology in high school and have been into psychology since I was a kid. As we all know , the Marmaliser is the brain washing process behind getting “ corrected “ in the story with the gas , the injection , the lights , the hypnosis and the tickling , but what if those all could be done in reality to break a persons mind? That’s what I love about this ride and some other roller coasters with their lore and backgrounds. It gives you something to dive into and find out even more fascinating and interesting facts. Edit ; I’ll come back with some sort of rundown on my findings Edit of results ; I have returned with my breakdown of things. • The Inoculator - this one would be a mix of Ecstasy and Prozac. Ecstasy is a hallucinogenic drug while Prozac is an anti depressant , which work in the Smiler story as people go to the Sanctuary to remove their sadness. • The Tickler - MDMA , this is a condition or can even be caused from a drug. This can permanent damage somebody’s nervous system or even memory and learning skills. With MDMA It can cause permeant damage if they did use the brushes like how they are in the ride for the tickler , leaving them breathless which can also cause issues. Brain Aneurisms. • The Flasher - An LED Incapacitator , which is a power nonlethal weapon that can cause visual disassociation and can work in minutes. • The Giggler - Nitrous Oxide , which is a gas that can cause hallucinations , giggling , lowered down guard and more. It’s mostly found in pain relief medications and used for sedation. Hense why it’s called Laughing Gas if you’re going for a surgery. • The Hypnotizer - Hypnotherapy , which when done right will make the person go into a state of improved relaxation , focus and concentration and that will improve the persons ability to focus on the illusions infront. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT I DID AS MUCH RESEARCH AS I COULD!! IM JUST LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE USAGE OF DRUGS AND ITS PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGES. IF IM WRONG PLEASE DO POINT IT OUT!!!
