    i have tingles 1 inch away from my nose each side about 2.5 inches under my eyes (top branch of v2?) and my upper lip, center (lower branch of v2? (tingles, like numbness and tiny restlessness , not shock but just numbness like novicane) and at one time when this stated, dry scaley feeling (but looking fine) skin on forhead, ears and neck and i swear 2 weeks after all that started i ended up in ER removing 10 1cm calcium ocelate stones from my right kidney and i swear also i started to develop plantar psorisies in my left foot, in the arch, but now finally a year later is gone so skins fine no sign of pain from more stones but my upper lip constantly tingles unless i grab firmly under my zygomatic arch and lift about 1 inch for 5 seconds and then its good for a week maybe this nerve issue is permanint isnt it? gabatren? 600mg may cure it? is this all a result of kidney stones or could lemon peel oils in my blood cause this as well? could both, or even either one just be considered an allergic reaction? should i seek a crispr payload injection plan of action?

      it's important for you to be under proper care, to have been thoroughly assessed including an mri as there are many different pathologies that can affect this presentation. tenderness under the zygoma can often be associated with fascial tension the result of pelvic imbalances.

      hey @najimulsheikh7186 , thanks for reading out. This is most likely either the saddle isn't suited to you or your bike setup is having you place too much pressure on your perineum. Best would be to have your Setup checked or try a different saddle.

    Great video. I had complex Ramsay Hunt that came out on the trigeminal nerve and facial nerve 3 years ago. Facial nerve has healed 90% still some intermittent palsy. Trigeminal nerve did not heal and I have chronic pain. I have a pain consultant who has diagnosed post herpetic trigeminal neuropathy, but my neurologist has said it's actually post herpetic trigeminal neuralgia (he's a leading expert on facial pain). Rather than simple PHN he said it was trigeminal neuralgia triggered by the herpetic infection as my symptoms are much more like trigeminal neuralgia. I have shocks (TN1) and constant burning and aching pain (TN2). Do you think it could be possible that the shocks are trigeminal neuralgia and the constant pain is neuropathy. Do the two cross over? I've had some success in controlling the pain with a cocktail of lamotragine, pregablin, and lidocaine infusions. I'm getting pulses radio frequency treatment next week, 🤞🏻

    • @spinewiseYT
      @spinewiseYT Місяць тому

      @amycollins3512 is it is possible to have a combination of the two. You're human so your entitled to have multiple things at the same time. There is some good research coming through on pulse RF. It can be used to reset genetic expression of the nerve and seems to be long lasting, where standard RF used to burn the nerve appears to heal and return relatively quickly. It's not well known, so it sounds like you're in good hands

    Can this be triggered from a neck injury ? I had a neck/ lower back injury and immediately felt neck pain and headache . That had been constant . A week later I started getting a severe tooth ache to the point I went to the ER and was given antibiotics. I also had a severe ear infection PAIN. After getting checked by the dentist and my doctor ZERO tooth issues and zero ear infection . I have constant headaches on the injured side , constant neck pain on the injured side & have been getting this debilitating pain all at once in my tooth , ear and temple that is the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life ! During the episode all I can think about is running in front of a car to end the stabbing pain. My work comp doctor is not advocating for me and I am severely hurting . The stabbing pain episodes are every few days. It is debilitating when it happens I am screaming and crying and almost called 911 a few times because I didn't know what was happening. I don't know what is happening 😢 I need help I'm between episodes is it common to have constant neck pain and headaches ? Does this sound like I developed TN ?

    • @spinewiseYT

    Hey Spinewise, I loved your video because of the nice biochemical overview of the relationship between Cu & Zn. The risk of induced Cu deficiency (to subclinical levels) is huge given the high rate of Zn intake, both naturally in meats and through supplements, but no one talks about Cu. Moreover, a decent and agreed upon method for testing Cu (aside from the ratio you mentioned) doesn't seem to exist. (See "Copper deficiency may be a leading cause of ischaemic heart disease (DiNicolantonio, J.J., et al., 2018).
