Sweden's infamous NQ…poor Anna 😞😶

Ah, the years where every country translates its song entirely, or worse, just the last verse of it to English like an idiot. Even France! 🤦‍♀ I can't believe how much it changed the feeling of the song all of a sudden. And the "original" Slovene version of "Energy" was much more beautiful.

After several great winners this one I felt was a bit... meeeh... Not bad, but too generic and unmemorable. In general it was a rather poor contest for the 90s, but Iceland really stood out. Especially in that last position - after 24 pretty much 90s songs it felt as if you've skipped 15 years forward. So much ahead of its time.
