Many times I teared up and cried throughout this teaching. We are learning about nursing theories in nursing school and started watching your videos to help me to understand breaking down the 10 caritas processes in a practical way. I have wanted to be a nurse for a long time because I'm drawn to helping people but your teaching resonated deep in my heart and has me walking away with much to think about as I develop my nursing practice throughout school and my career. Hello, I'm a student nurse from Switzerland. I've recently discovered the theory of caring and I absolutely love its deep meaning. Thank you for developing this theory. I have a question: Does the founder of this theory ever come to Europe? I am so passionate about her theory that I would love to attend a program or seminar if she visits Europe.

EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques. A Healing Modality. I need this. Thank you. This Spiritual stuff is overwhelming.

I think some of the problem is we leave out the heart so we don't get hurt. It's a mystery how we touch people's lives unless they tell us. Then there is the science side. It's even depicted in our sitcoms today. Science matters more than the human being. In my field of hospice, we have to work by heart. We honor what our patients and families want and working through keeping those wishes honored. We often talk about this at every visit. I always ask. It guides my visits. Thank you for these posts I am loving them.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm a hospice nurse. And I understand that sacred journey. I'm on it every day. I work on call overnight, so you can imagine my cases are more or less dealing with death and the transition from. This life to the next. Sudden sometimes makes you feel like you missed something. The good byes. But you had that experience. My prayers go out to you and the family.
