Hello, My name is Floyd Daniel Smith K-72700. I'm one of the many Condemned inmates that California Governor Gavin Newsom and his Team in Sacramento Ca. recently sent to prisons Statewide based on our case factors, and points system. I crash landed, so to speak at Mule Creek State Prison in Ione Ca. After custody staff helped me transition into the General Population, I began to like this place and would like to remain on this campus, but now I'm being forced to transfer in retaliation for reporting a PREA violation against another ofender. Please click the in closed link here and hear Me convey my story in my own words. Yes, I did file a grievance, but the response date was set so far into the future, I'll be forced transfered before anyone can do anything about it. PLEASE HELP ME 1. 20 hours ago Cease and desist all malicious use of AI, rape, lesbian harassment and abuse of myself and my family. We are not your property: all white supremacists, communists, fascists, terrorists et al. STOP 🛑I am not your property. Go Away!!!
This is funny. If you actually report sexual abuse or harassment and the facility will retaliate against you. You better believe if you report it whomever you report against will come for you
Speaking as a rape victim, I know she was lying. A true victim wouldnt be feeling sorry for their rapist!!
With peace and love this comment is very tone deaf and just not true. A lot of victims experience abuse from people they know, or people they are close to, when people like that do things like s/a, it’s hard to separate the person you know beforehand from the person that did those things to you. It’s difficult and there is such a stigma around victims speaking out and victims having to act a certain way when they DO speak out but it’s literally like- you can’t take your experience with your rape and honestly say “oh this happened to me and I reacted this way so of course this is how everyone else reacts”. It’s unfortunate that so many of us women have to experience these things, but we should never say someone’s story is untrue based on such a small clip on the internet. Spread love!
@@katie1796 what the hell is wrong with you? I'm just curious, besides the obvious that you've never been raped or you wouldn't think victims should pitty the rapist and be happy it happened.
@@Anna_Nichole65 It's not that victims SHOULD pity the rapist, it's that they oftentimes do in the sense that they feel a sense of guilt and shame for the actions done to them. Like I previously stated, everyone reacts different to those situations. Obviously victims should in no way shape or form feel pity towards their abusers, but the fact of the matter is that they do, especially when it is someone they previously trusted or confided in. Like when I was raped, I felt bad because not only did something irreversible and painful happen to me, but I also put blame on myself because this was someone that I had once trusted, and I felt ashamed that someone I trusted even did that to me. That was my initial processing of what had happened, and after talking to other people about it of course now I am more open to thinking "wow this was terrible and that is a terrible person and I didn't deserve that", but it's not something you can fully process overnight. For me it came with a lot of denial and a lot of repressing how I felt.
Are you a victim of sexual assault? Fear is a interesting thing people do the unexpected things . people experience trauma differently. You should never judge a person’s journey. I believe her .

Saint Joes did a shit job with handling my rape and rape kit and Bangor of “lost” my kit. I was told my sgt Shaw that they had did me a “real service”. Yeah. Let a literal rapist walk to keep raping. First hand witnesses, I was dragged out of the house by other people, from him. They never even went to the scene & they never turned my swabs into forensics in Augusta. It has been confirmed my kit, swabs, clothes and my soul, in those paper bags, were either burned or shredded or just thrown away like the trash. Kidnapped and rescued. They let him walk. Disgusting. 🤢 I have also conversed with the AG about this as well. THEYYYY need to be held accountable for their faults as well. It’s now been 14 yrs and not one single true apology, except from the Det who recently took over my case. And yes, they knew his name all along. The man who found me, was my rapists cousin. I was a minor and they never contacted a parent. 🤬 It’s a criminal Justice system. Not a victim justice system. Makes me sick. Predators walking our streets. And yes, he still walks free and no, I wasn’t his first and I heard about several others after. In fact. I’m gonna stop back in at the station and make sure they see this. I pray they Fkn learn.
Great vid. Thanks guys !!

Male inmates do not belong in women's prisons ever.
I would love the verbal consent laws to be applied to women too! Men how often does your female partner ask for verbal consent before each and every act of intimacy? In my, limited, experience - only a tiny minority of occasions. Perhaps women are able to infer his consent from his actions or body language? Men who do that are rapists! Is that the same for women?
I suggest you keep your pants on...
Odd to hear a woman arguing against the need to obtain consent from her sexual partner. I guess that is just plain oldfashioned gynocentriam- whatever she wants is right. Bit like the end of couverture - property rights, but only for women! Or the demand for reproductive rights - for women only.
Spoken like a man

Investigation of a sexual assault . Hmm , I’m a sexual offender . The court calls me a PREDICTOR . And I’m on the register . Today … fuck . Our dog who very impulsive gets away from my wife . I send my son out to hunt for the dog . He comes back and says you hunt for the dog ! I look from every driveway next to houses for this dog . THERE CHILDREN PLAYING and the weather is warm . FUCK ! All I need is for the police to get involved . Remember , the Megan’s law says I have to report as a PREDATOR . So you know this could turn really bad . My getting jammed up over a lost dog . A family pet ! I did find him . And guess who was waiting for me ? Along with our family pet . Should I go to jail ?

It’s really disturbing to read pple’s outrage here about false accusations… as if it only happened in SA cases! Heads up: IT DOESN’T. But SA cases were and are still the least reported and prosecuted crimes, that’s why such mesures are very important to help victims to come forward. And compared to the astonishing amount of SAs that aren’t reported to the police, yet they feel like it’s the biggest injustice *ever* much. Shut up! Until you’re a victim that isn’t believed and are let down by everyone, you need to realize that you don’t know what you’re talking about, so be kind and stfu. Police believing the victim doesn’t do much other than lunch a proper investigation. That’s it. If you haven’t done anything wrong, you shouldn’t have to worry. The judge, and that *IF* the case is strong enough to make it to court, won’t believe the victim right off the bat. The victim’s credibility will still need to be established beforehand. So cut the crying crap.

We live in MD and have Amish crew do our metal roofs, decks etc.. from Lancaster. The funny part is that if you know Yiddish you can talk to them, like Boscov's, the guy opened a store and was able to communicate with the Amish due to the similarities between Yiddish and old Dutch. As common as rape is all over the US they shouldn't be so skeptical of victims anymore and much more suspicious of those being accused of this crime and human rights violation instead of accusing women and girls of lying because it takes courage to tell on a rapist and most people are not lying about it. Some do but very far and few.
