Way too Close to Ocean!! I lived in Scituate 13- Yrs right up on Hathetly houses from Egypt beach... I know the Power and Fury of Scituates Coastal Low lying Beachs and so don't the Residents 6th and 7th Ave!! Aren't there Building Codes for this? These look like Newer homes built?!
