I think that is a PAR code and not a Game Genie code unless it’s in hexadecimal form and needs to be converted.

There is one in wing fortress/sky chase. First, place down a load of swicheroo monitors, then break them Now go back into debug mode and try to place down another monitor, the game will then crash. Note this may be because im playing nso's genisis emulator

I had a similar thing happen, but it was in Hill Top Zone. Anytime i tried to place an object, the game would crash and some of the sprites would glitch.
