A DAY IN THE LIFE WITH C.F.S./M.E. | Makeup Look, Anxiety, Getting Overwhelmed, Brain Fog | Vlog #2
Переглядів 1024 роки тому
Hey! Today's video is a day in the life with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. This type of day is pretty standard for me, on the days I can do things physically. More often than not, I spend longer having to talk myself into being able to do things and trying to process doing things, than it takes to get ready for the day itself. This is normally because I'm worried I won't h...

Went to see Nervus, Itoldyouiwouldeatyou, and Hester and The Heathens in Feb. And vlogged going to a gig/concert with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E., a chronic illness! Spoke about how I was feeling throughout the day/night, after driving and doing lots of high energy activity. Going out for a day can take up all of my energy. I also spoke about my neck pain/aches. If you don't know what Chronic...

Hey! I really like your style and personality. If you want to talk someday dm me on Instagram :) my Instagram is jennycarisss. I'm 'diagnosed' with a burn-out atm, I've been housebound for 10 months now and I'm still so so tired, my body still stops working very often, which causes that I need to lay in bed (without a tv) for a whole week. I still don't know if it's actually a burn-out or chronic fatigue/fybromalgia because I also have a lot of muscle problems. Ok that was my backstory bye haha (:

That's the same with me, I could spend a full day worrying about doing things then not getting them done at all! It's so tiring!

Please stop saying tiredness. It is not a Feeling of tiredness, It is a debilitated fatigue and weakness. When people say the word tried People don’t take it seriously.

Hi, sorry for getting back to you so late! Thank you for your comment! I use the word tired so much out of habit at home, I didn’t think about how others could interpret it! I’ll keep it mind for future, thank you again for pointing it out!
