If Valkyria chronicles had a multilayer mode like skirmish battles I can bet Alicia would be heavily nerfed or orders were removed completely to avoid players using Alicia like this but then again if one method becomes obsolete then adapt to the next method to turn the tide

This isn't proof that Alicia is broken, just that Orders are. You could honestly do this with just about any character if you pile enough Orders on to them. Well, I guess not all of them has the Double Movement buff. You just happened to get a lucky recording where these all happened to activate. How many times did you attempt this before it actually did activate?
