When is your first solo flight?
I have to complete two lessons on stalling which will need to be completed on a sunny day and no clouds (might be hard to get in Ireland with the bad weather) once I get them done I can do circuits and practice my take offs and landings… hopefully lesson 12 (after 12 hours of flying) and plenty of circuit practice 🤞🏽

@@filip3411 definitely book a discovery flight first and see if it suits you… from there do some research on flight schools and costs to see what works for you. I have a full time job so I just pay as I go flying. Others can afford to do full time training. It just comes down to your situation and what works for you!

Danm must be scary
First time experiencing it and had checked doors and windows were all secured before take off! Must have been a fault with the latch. Thankfully we stayed calm and kept it all under control! I passed the controls to my instructor and sorted it out and went back to flying 😃

@@filip3411 I am working towards my private pilots licence first. I would love to go all the way to commercial but it’s very expensive! I am hoping to apply for a cadet ship to maybe help me along the way. Really enjoying flying and wishing I had started sooner. I’ve been bit by the bug now! Have you done any flying yourself?
@@FlyingMikeProject No i did not do any flying my self but i would love to try😃
@@filip3411 I started on MSFS and flew about 100-120 hours of flight time on that. I never thought I would be able to achieve the real thing! I just kept making excuses that I could not afford it… I am working full time to pay for it and said if I don’t try I’ll never know… so here I am! I record my flying so I can look back on my progress but more importantly to share these experiences with everyone and hopefully inspire others to do the same!

Is that a Cessna 172
I’m doing my training in a Cessna 152, they’re just a bit smaller and only 2 seaters. I’ll appreciate the space more in the 172 when I eventually switch over 😂
